One moss ball with two very different personalities. Our plant of the month combines a Ficus Ginseng that grows upright on woody stems with a Spider Plant that spreads around it in long, striped leaves. Together, they create a compact composition with movement in every direction, all rooted in a single hand-formed kokedama.

Tadelakt is a centuries-old Moroccan finishing tradition. The lime plaster, traditionally made from limestone sourced from the Marrakech Plateau and polished by hand with a smooth stone, is prized for its smooth surface, lustrous sheen, and stone-like feel.

Working with tadelakt is time-consuming, requiring patience and skill. To craft our Monolithic vase, our artisans hand-throw each vessel from local Moroccan clay, then apply and polish the tadelakt finish by hand.

In our Private Reserve Maple Vinegar, two of fall's best ingredients, apples and maple, are fermented and barrel-aged until they stop being two separate things and start being one. Aged over six months in toasted oak barrels, the result is crisp, tart, faintly sweet, and impossible to categorize as just another vinegar. It's versatile enough to go from vinaigrettes and glazes paired with our Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a cocktail or shrub and even as a splash over vanilla ice cream—it works everywhere fall flavors show up and belongs in the pantry as a flavorful element to enhance dishes year-round.
