💚✨ Happy International Day of the Girl Child! ✨💚

Every girl deserves the chance to dream, learn, grow, and build a future she is proud of. 🌍💕

Yet, many girls still face barriers to education, unequal opportunities, and child marriage that robs them of their childhood and dreams.

What if no girl had to leave school because her family couldn’t afford the fees? What if every girl could grow up knowing that her voice matters and her dreams are valid?

At DigitalParents, we believe every girl deserves an opportunity to thrive, regardless of her circumstances.

Today, let’s do more than celebrate her. Let’s protect her childhood, support her education, champion her rights, and give her the chance to become all she dreams of being. 💚

Every girl deserves a chance. Let’s make it possible! ✨

What does a teacher leave behind? It’s not just lessons.
They leave behind lives shaped, dreams awakened, confidence built, and futures changed.💚

Behind every child who discovers their potential is often a teacher who saw it first. Behind every dream that takes flight is someone who encouraged them to believe it was possible.

Today, we celebrate the teachers who go beyond the classroom to inspire, nurture, guide, and shape the future one child at a time. 👩🏽‍🏫👨🏽‍🏫✨

Happy Teachers’ Day to all The Amazing Teachers in African and all over the world.

Here’s to every teacher making a difference in the lives of the next generation 🥂.

We love and Appreciate You💚

💚 TWO FRIENDS. ONE OPPORTUNITY. TWO GRADUATES!

Some stories remind us that a single opportunity can change two lives, and sometimes, all it takes is one person who believes in you and one friend who refuses to leave you behind. 🥹❤️

Today, we celebrate Amos Sule and Naboth Elijah, two amazing young men who have officially graduated in Petroleum Chemistry! 🎓🎉

But their journey to this milestone holds a beautiful story of friendship, connection, and the power of giving.

✨ IT STARTED WITH A STATUS UPDATE…

For Amos, the journey began with a WhatsApp status.

One day, he came across a status shared by Sonia Oluremi Felix, his church music director. Curious, he reached out to her. She explained that she had only reshared the information and promised to follow up with him.

Amos didn’t waste time. He applied immediately!

But this story wasn’t going to end with just one student finding an opportunity.

Amos and Naboth had been friends since their second year on campus. The very next day, Amos introduced Naboth to the opportunity, ensuring his friend could apply too.

Think about that for a moment. ❤️

Amos could have kept the opportunity to himself. Instead, he extended a hand to his friend.

THAT’S WHAT TRUE FRIENDSHIP LOOKS LIKE: YOU DON’T JUST LOOK FOR WAYS TO MOVE FORWARD; YOU HELP THE PEOPLE AROUND YOU MOVE FORWARD TOO.

And today, both friends have crossed the finish line as graduates!

🎓 TWO STUDENTS. TWO JOURNEYS. ONE BEAUTIFUL OUTCOME.

Amos expressed his gratitude to DigitalParents, saying that the support reminded him that he wasn’t alone, especially during difficult times. He described the encouragement as something he would carry with him as he continued moving forward.

Naboth also shared how accessible and well-structured the application process was for him. To him, DigitalParents represents hope, kindness, compassion, and a genuine commitment to changing lives through educational support.

Their words remind us that what we give goes beyond paying school fees. Sometimes, we give a student the reassurance that someone believes in their future. We give them hope to keep going when the journey gets difficult.

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” — Hebrews 11:1 . How do you keep studying for a perfect 5.0 GPA in Electrical and Electronics Engineering when you don’t even know how you’ll pay next session’s fees? You do it by faith.

Right now, sitting in a lecture hall at the University of Lagos, is a boy who holds a perfect 5.0 GPA in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. His name is Ayodeji Ajayi, Digital Parent’s very first campaign. He specializes in renewable energy. He is on the journey to becoming part of the generation that finally powers this nation.

But Ayodeji was on the verge of dropping out. How much is a brilliant mind worth in a country in the dark? ₦210,700. Read that number again. ₦210,700 almost stood between a genius and a dead end. Ayodeji grew up in Ishaga Orile, Ogun State. When he was just a child, his father walked away to start another family, leaving his mother, a primary school teacher, to raise three children alone on a wage that barely covered rice and rent.

Ayodeji didn’t let that stop him. He chased this dream like a man running for his life. When financial hardship forced him to drop out of FUTA years ago, he didn’t weep; he sat for JAMB again, fought his way into UNILAG, and worked a job while studying.

At a point, he gave up the job to protect his 5.0 GPA, trusting that excellence would open doors. He applied for every scholarship. None came. He sold, saved, and scraped together ₦50,000 on his own. But the total need was ₦180,700 for tuition and ₦80,000 for accommodation. When he reached out to DigitalParents, he happened to be our very first campaign; his faith met a community ready to act, and because of the generosity of 13 DigitalParents, every single Naira was raised on the DigitalParents Platform to keep Ayodeji in UNILAG.

Once again, we are grateful to every DigitalParent choosing to live beyond themselves and standing in the gap for others to ensure we keep their dreams alive. by @mydigitalparents

🇳🇬 A free nation is one where every child has the freedom to learn, dream, and become.

This Independence Day, we’re reminded that education is more than a right, it’s a pathway to opportunity, confidence, and a better future.

At DigitalParents, we believe no child should have to leave school because they cannot afford their fees.

Here’s to a Nigeria where every child gets the opportunity to reach their full potential. 🥂💚

Happy Independence Day, Nigeria! 🇳🇬
