Life lately 🤍

Meadow made her grand entrance a little earlier than we expected… born six weeks early on 2/10/26 - 4lbs 11oz. Our tiny but mighty preemie.

It wasn’t the birth story I imagined.
It was scary. Fast. Overwhelming.
Major surgery. A premature baby. A NICU stay. Leaving the hospital without her. There are no words for that kind of pain.

There were long days in the NICU, quiet prayers, and a whole lot of tears but after 17 days in the NICU, she’s home!!! She’s healthy, growing, & perfect in every way!

While we were navigating it all, our village showed up in ways we’ll never forget. Not just words but action. In this season, I’m learning the difference, and I’m so grateful for the do-ers.

The last three weeks have stretched us, humbled us, and reminded us that control is an illusion… but faith is not.

Slowly healing.
Slowly adjusting.
Forever grateful.

Love was planted, now baby Meadow is in Bloom 🌸✨
Despite the snow lingering, our family and friends showed up in the most beautiful way to celebrate our sweet baby girl. From traveling near and far to completely clearing our registry, we are overwhelmed with gratitude. This day was nothing short of extraordinary. All glory to God 🤍

A heartfelt thank you to my mother — Lovie 💐 — the visionary behind this entire experience. From concept to execution, every detail reflected her love: the flower bar, audio guest book, elaborate dessert display, onesie-making station, marketplace, open bar, and the perfect Baby in Bloom aesthetic to match our daughter’s name. Mom, thank you for always showing up for me and Tom and for pouring your heart into this unforgettable day.

To my girlfriends & my godmothers — your support, contributions, and willingness to step in and help bring this to life mean more than words can express. I am beyond grateful to have a village of strong, loving women that our daughter will one day look up to and lean on.

A special thank you to Fourk’d for catering and flawlessly executing our grazing table and menu. As always, you brought the vision to life and delivered deliciousness & excellence.

Thank you to every single person who celebrated with us and showered Baby Meadow with so much love. This was a day we will cherish forever 🌸✨
