Grief in every form: loss, change & transition 👇
POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
Some grief gets flowers. And many get silence.
A miscarriage. An estrangement. A diagnosis. Loss of safety. A person who is still alive but gone. A version of your life that isn’t coming.

All of it is grief. All of it deserves room. All of it needs room, for your physical and mental wellbeing.
At Pathpal, we see all forms; because the silence is the heaviest and most detrimental part.

Here, you don’t have to wait to be asked how you’re doing. We ask. And when you’re ready for more than a check-in, there are people who get it, resources that meet you where you are, mindfulness for the hard hours, and workshops for when you want to understand what you’re carrying.

You don’t have to grieve quietly, and you shouldn’t have to do it alone. We are here.

1 in 10 bereaved adults will develop prolonged grief disorder. 🕊️

Grief is a normal response to loss. But when it goes unsupported, it can get stuck, and become something heavier that follows you into every part of life, including work.

That’s why support matters both before and after grief takes hold.

Before 🌱
Pathpal helps you build resilience before loss happens. Breathwork and guided meditation, plus workshops that condition your mind to regulate your nervous system, so you have the tools in place when life gets hard. For workplaces, that means grief guidance and community are already there when someone needs it.

After 🤝
When you’re in it, Pathpal matches you with people who’ve walked a similar path, plus evidence-based, on-demand tools to help you work through it at your own pace. Because grief doesn’t end on a timeline, and your support shouldn’t either.

No one should have to grieve alone, or hide it to do their job.

👉 Visit mypathpal.app and register as an individual or as a workplace.

💤 Bedtime routines aren’t just for kids.

Sleep is when your body repairs and your mind resets.

It affects your mood, your stress levels, your focus, your immune system, and how you show up for the people around you. When sleep slips, everything else gets harder.

So tonight, try an adult bedtime routine. It’s simpler than you think:

📵 Put your phone down
🎧 Earbuds in, or listen out loud
🌿 Let Charlotte take it from there

In Pathpal’s Sleep Paths, Charlotte shares her story, The Greenhouse, written to slow your thoughts and ease you toward sleep. No scrolling. No “what does tomorrow look like”. Just a calm voice and somewhere quiet for your mind to go.

You spend all day taking care of everything else. Let this be the part of the day that takes care of you.

Register today and try Pathpal free for one week. The Greenhouse is waiting in Sleep Paths tonight. 🌙

For every person who dies, an average of one of nine people are left grieving.

Nine people going back to work. Nine people answering “how are you?” with “fine.” Nine people carrying it, each one feeling like the only one.

If you’re one of the nine, you are not alone.

Grief is a normal response to loss. But grief carried in silence tends to get heavier, and you don’t have to wait until it does.

On Pathpal, you can:
🤍 Meet a community of people who get it
🤍 Connect with others who’ve lived a loss like yours
🤍 Train in the Mental Gym, on the hard days and the good ones, because that’s how the muscles get built
🤍 Use breathing tools for the moments you need to slow down and take care of you

Register today. Link in bio.

Ever wish your mind had a volume dial? 🎧

Meet brown noise: a deep, steady rumble, like heavy rain or a distant waterfall. It’s lower and softer than white noise, with no words or melody to follow, just a constant sound that covers the noise around you.

Many people find it helps them:
🌙 Drift off when thoughts won’t settle
🧠 Focus when the world feels loud
🌿 Take a breath in the middle of a hard day

When you’re carrying loss, change, or a big life transition, quiet can feel loud. Brown noise gives your mind somewhere soft to land.

It’s waiting for you on Pathpal. Press play tonight and see how it feels.

The easiest way to get someone to open up? Go first.

“You okay?” usually gets “I’m fine.” Sharing a little of your own week makes it safer for someone else to be honest about theirs.

Try one of these:
💬 “I’ve been pretty wiped lately. How’s it been on your end?”
💬 “I’ve had a hard time switching off after work. Do you get that too?”
💬 “Some weeks I feel like I’m barely keeping up. Is it just me?”

Keep it short and true, then hand it over with a question. One or two sentences is enough to open the door.

📌 Save this for the next time you want to check in on someone and don’t know how to start.

Grief can be invisible—and it can be isolating. 💔 Did you know 40% of people experiencing grief risk feeling deeply lonely and cut off? You don’t have to navigate it alone. Support and connection make all the difference. 🌿
