POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

When you stop shrinking yourself and start trusting that the right people will find you, everything shifts. You stop building from fear and start building from abundance. ❤️

@negin_cheleh and I found each other through life’s unexpected ways. Two Persian women, different pains, but shared lessons in resilience, purpose, and the courage to begin again.

We’ve both chosen to rise, rebuild, and create businesses that mean something beyond ourselves. And as immigrant women and visible minorities, we know that living in a land of opportunity doesn’t always mean having equal access to it.

When we met, it felt like our souls had already spoken.

We cried as I shared the memory of saying goodbye to my sister and praying to God that if I could get back on my knees and walk again, I could do anything in this life.

Negin’s resilience reminds me of my beloved sister, whom I can no longer hold. There is something extraordinary about meeting a woman who reminds you that even after life breaks you open, you can still build something beautiful.

Today, so many Iranian women are carrying pain the world may never fully understand. Yet we continue to rise, create, lead, and build businesses that we hope will change thousands, perhaps millions, of lives.

Not because the pain doesn’t exist, but because it doesn’t get to have the final word.

Negin, I honour you, your work @mypathpal, and the impact you are creating. I’m grateful our paths have crossed. We are only at the beginning, and I’m so proud to be building in your orbit. ❤️

As Rumi reminds us, “The wound is the place where the Light enters you.”

May we keep finding the light, and leave the door wider open for the women who come after us.

Decades ago, I was sleeping on a bus bench, trading cigarettes for bus transfers, standing in food bank lines. No one ever looked at me. I felt invisible to the world. I was part of the unwanted. The forgotten, the “she must have done something to deserve this” crowd.

But something in me always knew I would do more with my life. Delusional? Purpose? Both perhaps.

Today, Pathpal is officially LIVE to consumers. 🚀 @mypathpal for you all to register and join on desktop.

The essence of Pathpal is all that I am. But today isn’t about me. It’s about all of you.

We train our bodies before the marathon. Our minds deserve the same care: before, not after. 🧠💪
Pathpal is proactive care for your mind, and it’s for everyone. Because no one should ever feel invisible.

I don’t believe everything happens for a reason.
What I survived didn’t happen for any reason. Period. It did not make me stronger, nope, it just happened because people can do bad things, and they did. Fck them.
But what I did next? THAT my friends, was a choice. And honestly? A hard one, that I made every day, over and over.
I got here in spite of all the shitty things. Not because of them, thank you.
And “here” is @mypathpal, now backed by someone (plus incredible shareholders) who looked at what we built and said yes. 🙏
But, the truth is, a good idea isn’t enough. Everyone has good ideas.
Nobody invests in a dream, they invest in proof.
A real problem, real data and insights. A business that makes sense.
I didn’t get lucky. I got ready.
I was built for this. Not by what happened to me, but by what I chose to build anyway, by who I chose to become on my way to myself.
And this journey is about to get even more wild. 🚀
The story behind this photo drops on episode one of my podcast this winter @gafo_pod (Grief around & find out 😉 )🎙️ Follow along so you don’t miss it.

I was born to do this. I’ve said it in rooms where nobody believed me, until one person did, and soon I’ll share more about him, and our path, because it’s just such an incredible journey, one that I’m still processing.

But, this week, an email came in from someone I’d manifested onto this journey, and they said yes. @mypathpal has reimagined wellbeing; proactive care, built before the breaking point. And it’s happening now. New faces (including some very familiar ones from tv, movies, and great novels), a new platform look, and incredible new features, all dropping in the coming month. For those who have already joined the platform, don’t worry, you’ll see those in real time!

All of it gets announced on @mypathpal. Follow us and be early. This is a huge year. Thank you so so much.

Mental health should be treated like your physical health, proactively and consistently 🫶🏼

Soundtracking this one with “Eye of the Tiger”…maybe a cheesy choice (but also I love it, so whatevs) - but also completely accurate track. 🐯
I know I’ve been quiet. Omg I appreciate the check ins! Thank you friends, I am well. There just haven’t been enough hours in the day lately…for a good reason.

Big Pathpal update coming very soon. Buckle up. 👀

What stays with us isn’t the run of show. It’s the feeling in the room.

At TRIA, we’ve produced a lot of experiences — but the Pathpal Grief Summit was something different. You could sense it before the first speaker even began. There was a quiet understanding that this wasn’t a typical event.

It was a space people were walking into with their whole selves.

Yes, the conversations on stage were powerful — voices like Negin Chelehmalzadeh, Jess Sims, Rachel Giddings, and others who spoke with a level of honesty that doesn’t always have a place in public forums.

But what mattered just as much was everything happening off stage.

The pauses.
The shared glances.
The moments where no words were needed.
The closed eyes and open hearts during times of meditation.
The laughter - yes, laughter & joy can be found in grief.

As producers, we spend a lot of time thinking about flow, timing, visual design and attendee experience. But this reminded us that the most important thing we can create is permission — permission for people to feel, to connect, and with this event, to not have to carry things alone.

That’s the kind of space we’re committed to building.

To everyone who showed up with openness and trust — you shaped what this became and its future.

And to the founders of Pathpal, Negin and Jason, thank you for inviting us to support bringing your vision to life and being a part of something that truly matters.

We’ll carry this one with us for a long time. Because when you create space like this, it doesn’t just end when the room empties. It stays.

We are looking forward to a continued partnership with Pathpal and are excited for doing it all over again - this time in New York City, April 23-24, 2027. Save the date!

When April started I knew it would be a quiet month with travel plans. It turned out to be deliciously expansive and painfully resistant, both in life and business. Four takeaways — I hope it gives you permission to trust your own way:

1. Learning to trust yourself is the greatest gift you can give yourself. Not the expert, not the framework, not the process. Trust yourself.

2. Abundance is available to you like the air you breathe — and it becomes obvious when you train yourself to notice it.

3. You don't always get what you want but what you need to move to the next expanded version of yourself.

4. Many may not get your way. Trust your way anyways.

Here's to a good May — and to remembering that you are the main event.

Toronto, you delivered. 🤍
April 23 marked something we will never forget. The Pathpal Grief Summit brought together leaders, peers, tech providers, entrepreneurs, and community voices for a day of honest, courageous conversation- and it exceeded every expectation.
Our CEO and Founder, Negin Cheleh, took the stage and poured her heart into it. She shared her story, her purpose, and the vision behind Pathpal. This started as a dream. She made it real.
The day was anchored in what matters most- grief. What it means, the many forms it takes, and the gaps that our leaders, organizations, and communities still need to address. These conversations are long overdue, and this room had the courage to have them.
To our incredible speakers and partners, thank you. Your time, your dedication, and your willingness to show up for something this important did not go unnoticed. You helped make this the first of its kind, and we are so grateful you were part of it.
This is only the beginning.
More to come in the weeks ahead- and New York, start saving your calendars. 🗽

We spent the day at @pathpalgriefsummit surrounded by people who carry grief. We heard from people who are experts in it. Here are some of the most powerful things we heard them say. #TheParentlessClub #grief #griefjourney #community #deadparentsclub

What a day! What an honor!

@neg_in_wonderland spoke courageously on the Revival 5.0 stage last year, sharing her true self.

And today, she hosted her first ever grief summit to help the world heal, process, understand and move with grief of any kind.

Every speaker was remarkable! Honestly a very moving and important experience…

Bravo to all involved 👏
It was a day to remember 💕
