I kept thinking about them.

I have been genuinely moved by the response to my signature coaching offering, Sovereign Path.

But a pattern emerged in my inbox that I didn’t expect.

So many of the people reaching out were mid-career.

Accomplished, serious, 10 to 20 years in. And they were dealing with the same thing: a career transition they hadn’t prepared for, in a market that doesn’t make it easy.

The Sovereign Path was built for a different stage and, frankly, for executives who can afford a different price point. It wasn’t the right fit for where they were.

But their need was real. And I kept thinking about them.

So I built something for them. It’s called Pathways.

Lisbon vs. Provence?

We have sold out our August coaching engagements - Sovereign Path in Residence - for Lisbon. We are considering opening up long weekends in October as well.

In addition to experiencing our transformative coaching model, our Sovereign Path in Residence clients will enjoy a food + wine + culture experience over a long weekend.

We are exploring offering a similar option for 2027 in Provence in the south of France.

Intensive late morning coaching sessions and then curated vineyard tours, sailing, museums, cooking classes, and dining at organic restaurants to round out the day.

You do half the sessions in residence in southern Europe and half of them virtually.

I’d love to get your thoughts. If you were a coaching client, where would you rather be? Lisbon or Provence?

I love old things.

Old cities, old stories, old clothing, old music, old houses, old books, old furniture.

My 1971 Bruno Rey chair came in today from Pamono.

This chair is almost as old as I am.

And yet here we are, a bit weathered from the world, holding on to whatever charm we think we still have, yet strong enough to be useful for anyone who needs us. by @mysovereignpath
