We hit week 4 post Tony’s surgery this past week! 48 weeks to go to one year out and full recovery! Taking it day-b-day, week-by-week, full of gratitude. He started cardio rehab this week. It was great but it wore him out😂. As he rebuilds his strength and stamina, I’m sure his capacity will grow. Keep us in your prayers and we pray for you and yours as well❤️🙏🏾🙌🏾. by @mzirenew

This has been such a better week for us. Thank you Lord! Tony’s reached 2 week post surgery on Wednesday. His breathing is better and coughing fits are less. Broken rib pain is better b/c of less coughing. No emergency room visits this week! F/u visit to cardiac surgeon indicate he is presently recuperating well. Thanks for your continued prayers and support! by @mzirenew

Hola all👋🏾. Lots going on over here, but wanted to pop-in, say hello to ya, and share a sweet spot in my day. Finishing up my day at a local Starbucks and was offered a sweet treat, a S’mores Frappucino sample. Mmm😋

Have a blessed rest of your day and great weekend🥰 by @mzirenew

Representing my hometown today, wearing a personalized tee gifted by my sister! I love this thoughtful, reminiscent shirt. “It’s A D.C. Thang”, If you know, you know!❤️
