The National Association of Athletics Administrations of Trinidad and Tobago (NAAATT) mourns the passing of former president Dr. Basil Ince.

He was a distinguished athlete, sports administrator and national figure. Beyond athletics, Dr. Ince served as Minister of Sport, Culture and Youth Affairs, Minister of External Affairs and High Commissioner to the Court of St. James’s, leaving a lasting legacy in sport and national development.
