A little reintroduction to me 👋

life has changed a lot since my pro athlete days but some annoying set backs lead to some cool other things happening so here’s what’s happened and what I’m currently up to! by @nadiapower_

Good runs, great people and a little something to refuel after. 👀🏃‍♀️💜 Safe to say, we had a cracking time with the run club!
Big thanks to everyone who showed up, @nadiapower_ and @yourfriendmyfriend.ie for Sunday’s Clean Cut Meals Run Club. 🙌

All the Twilight vibes for my session in the Dolomites🧛

Paces were 4.05/km there and now this week we are down to around 3.45/km average for a bigger volume of work - the difference more air, less work and a few weeks of consistency makes🙌

The weather didn't care and neither did we 💪

We can't wait for the next community event, stay tuned 👀

A morning well spent with @optimumnutrition_ie + @thehotboxsauna

We teamed up to celebrate the launch of Optimum Nutrition’s new clear protein with a 5K, followed by a sauna + cold plunge at Hotbox.

The rain definitely showed up for the run 🌧️ but so did our community and it was so good to see everyone still smiling despite the weather.

We finished off the morning with goody bags filled with Optimum Nutrition products + a fresh pair of Swifter socks.

Thanks to everyone who came along and made it such a good one 🤝 by @nadiapower_
