Some beautiful moments from a very special Seanchoíche last Thursday at @volumesdublin ✨ In partnership with @monzo Business, we gathered around the theme of Learnings: an intimate, inspiring evening where eight business owners shared what the years have taught them.

From the highs and lows of founding a business to taking risks, trusting your gut and knowing when to change direction, they spoke honestly about the hard moments and the rewarding ones. This was so much more than a business event. It was a humanising night of stories, making the business journey so tangible and real, and we walked away feeling inspired.

Thank you to everyone who shared their story and everyone who came to listen 🤍

What an INCREDIBLE day yesterday at our National Solidarity Run in Dublin. Hundreds of runners and so, so uplifting to have our wonderful @presidentirl Catherine Connolly along to open the event. Thank you to everyone who came and all our partners. Now more than ever solidarity, kindness and respect needed in our world - Join a local group - be part of the change you want to see in the world 👊👊🏾💙

A morning well spent with @optimumnutrition_ie + @thehotboxsauna

We teamed up to celebrate the launch of Optimum Nutrition’s new clear protein with a 5K, followed by a sauna + cold plunge at Hotbox.

The rain definitely showed up for the run 🌧️ but so did our community and it was so good to see everyone still smiling despite the weather.

We finished off the morning with goody bags filled with Optimum Nutrition products + a fresh pair of Swifter socks.

Thanks to everyone who came along and made it such a good one 🤝
