Spend my birthday weekend as much outdoors and with my family as i could. Growing up, I thought people in their mid-40s were like three generations ahead and the ‘old people’. 🫣 Ha! I find that both funny and somehow somber but I don’t feel like ‘old folks’ and I’m so ready to fully embrace what’s coming my way while also making sure I go after what I want 🙌

I’m feeling very grateful for a long list of people and things (I mean there’s got to be a list, right?!) and can’t wait for what’s to come.

What I once thought was a distant milestone, actually came true and took me a bit by surprise when I realized I can now celebrate 1000 coaching sessions as a global Career & Leadership Coach at BetterUp (where I coach in addition to coaching folks directly).

I think this deserves a WOOP WOOP 🥳 and some emojis, don’t you think?! 😉

My journey with BetterUp hasn’t been a success story from the beginning - they urged me to reapply after not making it past my initial application.

Perseverance, communication, and extra training paid off and I’ve since had the most incredible coaching experiences all across North America, Europe, India, and even Australia.

I’m immensely grateful to @hellenyang_coaching for her encouragement and guidance to give BetterUp a try.

A heartfelt Thank You also to the entire BetterUp team for your support and dedication to excellence in coaching.

I wish I could tell you I got over it quickly but I didn’t 👀😑 Urgh… It’s 2026!
You do NOT touch half-strangers and you definitely do not ever comment on their bodies or ask if they are pregnant!

Anyways… I’m feeling great otherwise and haven’t worked out and/ or been as consistently active as I’ve been in the past month in what feels like forever.
