I’m truly honored to have been a guest on @outframe.pod Podcast, hosted by @drmaisa.kamkar and @lifecoach.ja 🤍

This episode was especially meaningful to me, as we explored the emotional and psychological wellbeing of People of Determination, with a special focus on children, and the important role that families and society play in supporting them.

We talked about the importance of creating a safe and supportive environment, understanding their needs, building their confidence, and giving them the space to express themselves, develop their abilities, and feel a true sense of belonging.

But most importantly, we talked about how we see them.

Before any diagnosis, label, or difference, there is a human being who deserves to be seen, understood, respected, and accepted for who they are.

Acceptance is not sympathy, and support is not pity.
Acceptance is where inclusion begins.

When families and communities choose understanding over judgment, empathy over assumptions, and inclusion over exclusion, we create an environment where every Person of Determination can feel valued, supported, and empowered.

Thank you so much for having me and for creating this meaningful space for such an important conversation. I’m grateful to have been part of this experience and to contribute, even in a small way, to raising awareness and encouraging a more inclusive and understanding community. 🤍

I’m still feeling grateful and happy after participating in Synergy||| with @syrpronet.

It was truly inspiring to meet so many talented and accomplished Syrian professionals and to spend time engaging in meaningful conversations, exchanging experiences, and sharing ideas.

Events like this remind us of the power of connection and the importance of building bridges of collaboration, learning, and mutual support.

أتذكر أن الإنجاز الحقيقي ليس أن نعيش سنوات أكثر، بل أن نعيش بعمق أكبر.
فالقيمة ليست في عدد السنوات التي تمرّ بنا، بل في الحياة التي نضعها داخل تلك السنوات.
أن نملأ أيامنا بالمعنى، والامتنان، والتجارب، والحضور الحقيقي.
لذلك لا أريد أن أضيف أيامًا إلى عمري، بل أريد أن أضيف حياةً إلى أيامي…

كان حديثنا عن جانب مهم من الصحة النفسية خلال الأعياد، وكيف يمكن للإنسان أن يوازن بين الحفاظ على علاقاته الاجتماعية وصلة الرحم وبين الحفاظ على راحته النفسية وطاقته العاطفية.

تطرقنا إلى تأثير الزيارات والمجاملات الاجتماعية، أهمية وضع الحدود الصحية، التعامل مع المقارنات والضغوط، بالإضافة إلى مشاعر الغربة والحنين والذكريات التي قد تزداد خلال المناسبات.

I was delighted to be featured on Dubai TV’s “Dubai This Morning” on the second day of Eid Al Adha. 🤍

Our conversation focused on an important aspect of mental wellbeing during the holiday season—how we can maintain meaningful social connections and family ties while also protecting our emotional energy and psychological wellbeing.

We discussed the impact of social obligations and gatherings, the importance of healthy boundaries, dealing with comparisons and expectations, as well as the feelings of nostalgia, homesickness, and memories that often become stronger during festive occasions.

My sincere thanks to Dubai TV for the warm invitation and for creating space to discuss a topic that resonates with so many people.

I’m truly happy and proud to be part of this beautiful community @coachescircleacademy .

⁨ خلصت هالسنة…
وما كانت عابرة.

مرقنا فيها بتجارب كتيرة،
في منها كان تقيل،
وفي منها كان أخف،
بس كل تجربة تركت أثر،
وكل محطة علّمتنا شي عن حالنا، وعن الحياة،
وعن قدرتنا نكمّل حتى لما نكون تعبانين.

تعلّمت إنو مو كل شي لازم نفهمه فوراً،
وإنو في أشياء بتتوضّح مع الوقت،
وبعض الدروس ما بتبيّن
إلا لما نمرّ فيها للآخر.

وتعلّمت كمان
إنو القوة مو دايماً بالمواجهة،
أحياناً بالقبول،
وأحياناً بالاستمرار الهادئ.

هلّق جاية سنة جديدة،
ويمكن ما نكون جاهزين إلها بالكامل،
بس مندخلها بتجارب أكبر
وبنظرة أوسع.

بتمنّى هالسنة
تحمل لكل واحد فينا
الأمن والأمان،
السلام الداخلي،
المحبة الحقيقية،
وصحّة الجسد والنفس.

وسنة جديدة
ما نقضيها عم نسعى للكمال،
بل نستغلّها لتكون مساحة وعي،
نعيشها بهدوء،
وبقلب مرتاح 🤍⁩
