Working with buyers is one skill. Knowing how to successfully navigate a listing in a buyer’s market is a whole different ball game.

🚨‼️CLOSED COMMERCIAL DEAL ALERT‼️ 🚨

Grateful to have been able to represent both the buyer AND the seller in this double all cash commercial transaction!

My buyers first reached out to me with the goal of expanding their investment portfolio. I connected with the seller on two separate properties that were NOT listed for sale and negotiated a deal that the owner just couldnt refuse! He wasnt prepared to sell and needed help executing, so I stepped in and saved the day for him as well!

This deal definitely stretched me in so many ways!
With an all cash transaction, stakes were high to execute efficiently and effectively. Navigating city permit and licensing requirements, staying on top of the numerous inspection deadlines, remaining in contact with city inspectors, managing remodeling, leasing, etc….for not one, but TWO properties! It’s been so insightful and rewarding!
