August was a MONTH! 🥂✨

$2,362,700 SOLD
6 transactions
One incredible team. 🤎

These numbers represent so much more than sales. They represent families served, contracts negotiated, problems solved, keys handed over, and agents continuing to show up and grow.

I’m incredibly proud of the women of One Luxe Collective and what we continue to build together. Leadership has never been about being the only one winning. It’s about creating an environment where we can ALL win. ✨

And month after month, that’s exactly what we’re doing.

God continues to bless this business, this team, and the vision beyond anything I could have imagined, and I don’t take any of it for granted.

Cheers to an amazing August and an even bigger finish to 2026! 🥂

Over $21 Million.

Not because we’re the biggest.
Not because we’re the loudest.
But because God has been faithful.

This first half of 2026, One Luxe Collective was blessed to help 58 families and close over $21,064,877 in sales.

If you had told me years ago that God would use me to lead a team like this, I probably wouldn’t have believed you.

When I started One Luxe Collective, I wasn’t chasing numbers. I was praying for impact.

I prayed for a team built on integrity, excellence, accountability, and faith. A place where agents wouldn’t just close deals, but would grow into confident, knowledgeable leaders who genuinely care about the people they serve.

Looking at this team today, I see answered prayers.

I see newly licensed agents already closing deals.
I see agents crossing the million-dollar mark.
I see agents stepping into leadership and mentoring others.
I see women discovering gifts they didn’t even know they had.

As a leader, that’s what makes me the proudest.

The production is amazing, but watching God use me to help develop incredible agents has been the greatest blessing of all.

Leadership isn’t about being in front. It’s about pouring into people until they begin walking confidently in who God created them to be.

To my team, thank you for trusting me, allowing me to challenge you, and believing in the vision we’ve built together. Every one of you has contributed to this milestone, and I’m so proud of the women you’re becoming.

To our clients, thank you for trusting us with one of the biggest decisions of your lives. We never take that responsibility lightly.

And to God… thank You.

This business has always been Yours. Every opportunity, every client, every contract, every relationship, and every breakthrough belongs to You.

Over $21 million is an incredible milestone, but I’m even more excited about the people we’re becoming than the numbers we’re producing.

The best is still ahead. 🤍

June was a reminder that consistency always compounds. ✨

Together, our team helped 11 families make their next move and closed $3,315,794 in real estate sales.

GOD IS JUST SOOOOO GOOD!

This morning during my Bible study, I found myself in tears thanking God for something I never expected… this team.

One Luxe Collective is more than real estate. It’s a group of people who continue to defy the odds, push into their purpose, and show up every day with integrity, resilience, and faith.

This year alone, we’ve celebrated listings, luxury sales, contracts, closings, developments, investments, new agents stepping into their purpose, seasoned agents reaching new levels, and millions of dollars in real estate under contract. But the numbers aren’t what make me proud.

What makes me proud is watching each of you grow.

Watching confidence replace doubt.
Watching leaders emerge.
Watching faith deepen.
Watching people refuse to quit when things got hard.

As a team leader, I’m grateful beyond words. Every single person brings something unique to this collective, and One Luxe wouldn’t be what it is without each of you.

I often wish my parents were here to see what we’re building. Not because of the success, but because of the people. The culture. The purpose. The way God continues to put the right people together at the right time.

Thank you all for trusting me, believing in the vision, and showing up for one another.

I love this team deeply, and I don’t take a single one of you for granted.

Happy Friday, One Luxe Collective. Keep shining. 💕

✨ MAY RECAP ✨

What a month it has been.

In May alone, the One Luxe Collective closed 10 transactions and helped our clients achieve nearly $2.9 million in real estate goals. 🏡✨

But what makes me most proud isn’t the volume. It’s the women standing in this photo.

Each of these agents shows up every day with integrity, dedication, and a genuine desire to serve people well. They work hard, support one another, celebrate each other’s wins, and continue to raise the standard of what collaboration in real estate looks like.

Building this team has been one of the greatest blessings of my career. Watching each agent grow in confidence, knowledge, production, and leadership reminds me that success is never just about numbers. It’s about impact.

To our clients, referral partners, family, friends, and supporters—thank you for trusting us with one of the biggest decisions of your life.

We’re just getting started. 🤍

Here’s to more families served, more goals achieved, and an even bigger second half of 2026.

With gratitude,
Chanel James
