You’re not one thing!!! You’re limitless and as free as you choose to be.

2023 is a year of acceleration and here for us all to claim what is rightfully ours.

I am putting my energy into a whole lot of things this year - fully stepping into the creative being that I am. I’m not messing with trying to do things perfectly- most importantly, I will start whatever it is I may choose and complete it, making sure I soak up the joys of the journey…

I am sending you all the most wonderful wishes on whatever ventures you choose! Remember, these next couple of months are for you to nourish your soils and plant your seeds. The fruits will reaped post spring.

For me, it’s pretty simple! Find what your kid enjoys doing/ what they’re good at and then support them on their journey. It doesn’t have to be complicated. by @naijes1985

Breathe…

Always return to the breath.
Pull up whatever mat you can find (I’m being resourceful - using baby’s playmat!!!), close your eyes and take some long, deeeeep breaths. It doesn’t matter what you’re wearing or what room you’re in, the most important thing is that you go back to YOUR CENTRE. by @naijes1985
