We are all interconnected. We are all one.

Today, as I walked, I noticed the blackberries and how each one was at a different stage. Some were still green, some were turning red, and others were perfectly ripe. None of them were competing with one another. Each was simply growing according to its own season.

And so I had this thought … ‘shouldn’t we do the same?’

Each of us is chasing a dream, trying to reach what we believe is the finish line, often at a speed that gives us discomfort.

Are we supposed to rush?

Perhaps we’re simply meant to trust—to trust God, trusting that we will arrive exactly as and when we are meant to.

Some people will reach their destination sooner than others. Some ideas come into fruition more quickly. Others are still quietly taking root beneath the surface.
Not all dreams unfold in the way that we imagined - but that is ok, because around the corner, there awaits a new season.

The lesson I took from my walk today is this: if our faith remains rooted in god, then surely we’re on the right path and are exactly where we are meant to be.

And so…

Just as every blackberry ripens in its own time, so do we.

Trust the season. Trust the timing. Trust God.

🌿☕️ Coffee Plant ☕️🌿

The coffee plant mural that used to be at @coffeeandfandisha . Painted in December 2017, this was my 4th street art piece and remains one of my personal favourites. Sadly it was removed in June 2025

Unfortunately, the much loved Baltic coffee shop, Coffee and Fandisha has also been forced to close ☹️

🎉✨ **4 days to go until Circle of Joy’s first birthday!** ✨🎉 PLEASE SHARE

🌸 **Self-Care: Do you hear yourself saying, “I don’t have time”?** 🌸

I have been guilty of pushing my basic needs to the end of the list. Often, it takes something more severe to force us to look at why we became ill, why we might be feeling low, or why we’re overwhelmed. 🌿💖

The joy I experience from giving myself permission to make time for me is invaluable. It has improved my quality of life, enhanced my relationships with myself and others, and brought clarity to decisions and boundary-setting. 🧘🏾‍♀️✨

**Why Self-Care Matters:**
- **Improves Mental Health:** According to the mental health charity Mind, self-care practices can reduce stress, improve mood, and boost overall well-being. 🧠🌟
- **Supports Emotional Well-being:** Psychologists emphasize that regular self-care helps regulate emotions and fosters resilience. 💪🏾💖
- **Enhances Relationships:** Taking time for yourself strengthens your connections with others by ensuring you’re present and engaged. 🤝🏾🌸
- **Promotes Clarity:** Self-care brings clarity to decisions and helps with setting healthy boundaries. 📜✨

**The New Moon in Gemini** 🌙♊ is a time to break the mold of what we’ve done in the past. Now is the time to put yourself first! 🌟✨

Making time for self-care that aligns with you, your mind, and your body validates your importance and encourages your children, family, and friends to do the same. 🌈🌿

**Join us at the Circle of Joy to prioritize your well-being and celebrate our first birthday together!** 🌺✨

✨ **8 days to go until the Circle Of Joy!** ✨

Reasons why this space is for you:

What do we mean by healing rituals?

Healing is about nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. 🌟 Research from UK psychologists, such as those from the British Psychological Society, shows that healing rituals can significantly reduce stress, boost mental health, and enhance overall well-being. 🌿🧘🏾‍♀️

Our Circle of Joy provides a sanctuary where stillness, movement, reflection, and connection with like-minded souls come together to support your healing journey. 🌸✨

- **Stillness:** Meditation and quiet moments help calm the mind and reduce anxiety. Studies have shown that mindfulness practices can lower cortisol levels and improve mental clarity. 🧘🏾‍♀️
- **Movement:** Dance and stretching, inspired by Hatha yoga, release endorphins, improve mood, and increase energy. Hatha yoga, in particular, combines physical postures with breath control and meditation, fostering spiritual healing and balance. 💃🏾✨
- **Reflection:** Journaling and sharing intentions foster self-awareness and personal growth. 📔🌟
- **Connection:** Building a community with supportive women, including non-binary and trans women, creates a sense of belonging and shared strength. 🤝🏾💖

Scientific research supports these practices, showing they can help reduce cortisol levels, improve mental clarity, and enhance emotional resilience. Spiritually, Hatha yoga and similar practices help align your energy, raise your vibrations, and connect with your higher self. 🌌🌿.

This space is open to women, trans women, and non-binary individuals who identify as female. We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and supported. 🌈✨**Special highlight: 🎶👩🏾‍🎤 Female drummers!** Bring your drum and get a **free pass**! 🥁✨ Help us raise the vibrations to share peace and love with our world. 🌍💖
