✨Today marks a year since I started working at @potting.shed.newquay and what a year its been✨

So I’d like to say Hey, and reintroduce myself🫶🏻…

… Hey! I’m Naomi, I’m 29 and I started my coffee journey in the start of 2020. Working in the coffee industry, I’ve found my calling🩶 my love for all things coffee has led me to many places and I’ve met many fun and excting people.. and In April 2025 after living in Exeter, Devon for 4 years, I found myself back in my routes of Cornwall, starting a new life in the heart of Newquay.
In a year I have achieved so much…

🔥Being promoted to Barista Trainer and helping people fall in love with coffee as much as I do, showing, sharing and spreading my passion and love for all things coffee ☕️
🔥Being closer to family 💖
🔥Having made so many new friends and connections 🫶🏻
🔥Expanding my circle and getting out my comfort zone, trying new things and getting into new hobbies 🧑🏼‍🎨 - joining @bookclubbadlybehaved @drawntolifenewquay and also @northcoastchoir ✨
🔥Being closer to the coast 🌊
🔥Changing to a gluten and dairy free diet has helped me feel so much healthier and overall happier 😇

Here’s to exploring Cornwall, one coffee shop at a time ☕️💖
Ps.. any recommendations?☕️🌎🍔🥪🧁🚘🌊🌞🕶️ taken in The Potting Shed by @naiscoffeepage

Sunny adventure took me down to 📍Polperro, Cornwall today!🌞
Starting off stumbling across a free art exhibition to then following my nose into the town and had a wonder through the Polperro’s model village 🏡🏠
I walked through passed the little nooks and crannies and found myself having a lovely GF ham sarnie at the harbour cafe in the sun, reading my book and overlooking the fishing boats⚓️🛶
I ventured on having an adventure around the whole of Polperro and finished ending up at a local pub with live music with with a cider 🤙🏻 taken in Polperro by @naiscoffeepage

Todays wet and soggy adventure took me to
📍Fowey, Cornwall ✨

Starting the day off strong, I visited @brownsugar_fowey somewhere that had been on my list for a while! I had a delicious iced oat dirty vanilla chai, with an avocado and chicken sarnie on GF bread 👏🏻 hiding from the rain, I read my book and enjoyed the quiet!

I headed on and had a mooch around the town, towards the harbour and visiting lots of little shops.
Also stumbling across @fowey_aquarium 🐡

I came across @captain_hanks_fowey and stopped for a black americano to help me finish my adventure!

When people tell you Fowey has hills.. believe them!!🤪🥵 taken in Fowey, Cornwall by @naiscoffeepage

🚘 I thought it was about time I took you guys on one of my adventures!.. come on, let’s go!!🎉

I drove down to Helston and visited @sula.brunch.house which has been on my list for agesss! Just under an hour from Newquay, 100% worth a visit! I met the lovely @laurajrickard who made me a coconut vanilla latte and had the BEST brunch I’ve had in ages!!😍 I had avocado on Gluten free toast with bacon 🥓🥑🍞☕️

I then ventured on and ended up in Godrievy, where I had a mini adventure!🎉🚘 I walked over to the beach through the dunes and found myself at @kabyncafe 🤭 the barista was again, so lovely and here I had an iced caramel oat latte ☕️ followed by a walk on the beach and watching the waves!
