Ever wanted to try Lifedrawing, but felt too shy or ‘not good enough’? Sadly, I have heard this a fair few times over the years.

@drawntolifenewquay is a small, supportive and welcoming group open to new members whatever their level.

Tutoring is offered on a flexible model, so if you’re somebody who just enjoys Drawing quietly or if you would like to discuss different approaches, techniques and media to suit your style, there is space for everybody.

630 till 8:30 pm Wednesday 23rd September, tickets £10 at Newquay Therapy Studios (above Oxfam).

What a day ✨

SHE Decides was a space for women to reconnect with who they truly are, their power, their yes, their no, their boundaries and to step away from people pleasing so they can choose the life they actually want. The power of choice. The power of deciding.

It was a potent room. So much emotion, release, support and love for each other. Truly beautiful to witness and be part of. We gave, we received, and so much magic happened.

Followed by a stunning sunset, a drool worthy meal at The Barn, and a very fun quiz to finish the day.

Huge thank you to everyone who came and made the space so powerful. And thank you to @thebarn_at_coastalvalley for the incredible food, @coastal.valley for the gorgeous Roundhouse, and for the beautiful photos @j3s5ica1 @miss.smiley.tries.it

What an absolute BLAST of a day at the @bristolcoffeefestival 🩷 Absolutely loved getting to bounce around all the amazing exhibitors, slurp so many amazing coffees, & also get to hug so many brilliant friends I haven't seen in far too long.
Shout out to @pink_lady51 & @caffeinegalore for giving amazing talks in quite possibly the HUGEST room ever! Absolute inspirations! (There were also some other AMAZING talks too that I need to watch on YouTube because I was mid coffee-slurp when they were on!)
Also thank you to @naiscoffeepage for coming along with me! It was so good to hang out & slurp so much coffee!

Thank you @jovieiralves for creating an insanely cool festival! You are INCREDIBLE!! 🩷

Right - I am going to spend a very lazy Sunday sipping the coffee I got at the festival and plotting the NEXT adventure! 😊✨

Just realised all I ever post about is making pizza (new found love of mine I guess 😂 )

But we are a coffee shop too, so here’s the lovely @naiscoffeepage showing us how it’s done (she’s way better at latte art than I am, so I’m leaving these vids to her lol)

We’ve loved seeing your reactions to these videos almost as much as we enjoyed making them 😂

What Tom’s Interviews questions would you like to see in 2024? 👀🎤
