Two gallon batch of watermelon rind daikon kimchi finally finished. Started fermenting this on 6/25/2026. The ingredients are the following: watermelon rind, daikon radish, red pears, red onion, bulb of garlic, ginger, cooked rice, salt, fish sauce, rice wine vinegar, arobol chilies, gujillo chilies, tomato paste, apple smoked dulse and water. It came out really good and definitely making this again when I buy watermelon next year. #kimchi #watermelonrind #pickledwatermelonrind by @nakarako80

Made this spicy cinnamon gochjang chocolate brownie batter black beans spread while ago and decided this morning I wanted chocolate brownie cinnamon rolls this morning. Basically two 15 oz cans of black beans (drained, tbsp of gochjang chili paste, tsp of cinnamon and vanilla extract. 8 oz of date syrup and half of cup of Coco powder. When I made the cinnamon roll I added half of a cup of brown sugar a stick of softened butter to about a cup and a half of the brownie batter spread. I also added a little bit more cinnamon. #chocolatecinnamonrolls #blackbeanchocolatebrowniebatterspread #gochjangchilipaste by @nakarako80
