I’ve spent years congratulating other fan bases.

Not this time.

This one’s ours.

If you’re not a Knicks fan, or don’t love sports you probably won’t understand.

This isn’t just a championship.

This is Jordan and the Bulls.

This is Reggie and the Pacers.

This is Riley and the Heat.

This is 50+ years of waiting.

Patrick Ewing will always be my favorite Knick.

But Jalen Brunson just cemented himself as thr Greatest Knickerbocker ever & KAT, OG, Bridges, Hart, Alvarado, WW Wes, Leon Rose, + the entire @nyknicks organization gave us something generations of Knicks fans never got to experience.

Pure joy of winning an @nba Championship 🏆🏀✊🏽🙏🏽

New York waited a long damn time for this one.

And it was worth every second.

I was born into this. The highs. The heartbreak. The Ewing era. Starks. Oak. Mason (God rest his soul). Riley, Van Gundy. Chicago. Houston. Indiana. If you’re a real Knicks fan, you know the heart breaks of loving this team.

But tonight is different.

A couple years ago my body completely broke down.

Stress. Burnout. Long hours. Poor recovery. Living on adrenaline. There were days I could barely walk without pain. So I stopped worrying about “performance” and focused on rehabilitation. Yoga. Stretching. Walking. Mobility. Recovery. Rebuilding from the ground up.

Now? I’m finally at the point where I can start lightly jogging outside again… even with a 25 lb weighted vest 😅

Not trying to run a 6-minute mile out here. But an 8–10 minute mile for these achy bones might not be too bad 😂

Let’s get after it.

I’m starting to realize the phone controls people’s mornings… mine included.

So now? 9pm, phone in another room. Wake up and don’t even touch it for the first 30 minutes.

Journaling. Meditation. Stretching. Quick walk. Warm lemon water. Letting my mind wake up before the world starts pulling at me.

Our morning routines either builds our peace of mind or feeds your chaos.

Everybody wants more energy, more focus, better performance, a cleaner lifestyle…

But nobody talks about regular sleeping patterns.

For years I treated sleep like it was optional — late nights, working random hours, running on caffeine and adrenaline. And eventually your body breaks down from over taxing energy reserves.
