What does it take to create the Best Booth at ARCH 2026?

For Sini Main-Main, the answer began in Bali.

Inspired by Sofara Mosaic’s philosophy, The Art of Becoming, this installation brought together Balinese artists, artisans, designers, and makers in a creative journey that unfolded long before the exhibition opened. From handwoven elements crafted in Bali to the details that shaped the final experience, every piece carried its own story.

The result was Sini Main-Main—an immersive space that earned recognition as the Best Booth at ARCH 2026 and invited thousands of visitors to explore the people, process, and craftsmanship behind it.

There is much more behind the installation than what visitors saw at the exhibition.

tengkuluk , , kain yg dililitkan dikepala ogoh - ogoh ini selain bermakna sbg kesopanan (bagi wanita) , juga berfungsi sebagai alat (dalam bahasa Bali kita sebut SUNAN) untuk melindungi kepala dari beban yg akan diletakkan diatas kepala.

semoga apa yg ada dan membebani pikiran kita masing masing , bisa terakomodasi dgn baik dalam situasi jaman yg serba tidak jelas

Diantara semua mahluk hidup, hanya yg dilahirkan menjadi manusia saja yg dapat melakukan perbuatan baik ataupun perbuatan buruk , , , demikianlah gunanya lahir menjadi manusia.

MULAT SARIRA menjadi satu penawar atas semua hal baik dan buruk, atas semua makna dan kekosongan makna. MULAT SARIRA kita yakini mampu membantu manusia tetap fokus pada perbaikan diri sendiri di tengah tekanan situasi semesta yg membingungkan.

"SING NGIDANG NGOMONG APE" adalah satu kalimat yg dipilih sebagai penanda waktu. Satu jari menunjuk kening, merujuk pada sebuah prilaku berfikir ke dalam, kembali memahami diri secara utuh atas semua yg telah terjadi terhadap diri kita masing - masing. Baik buruk tidak usah kita pertentangkan , jalani saja sbg sebuah konsekuensi memilih hidup menjadi manusia. . . !!

COLLECTOR INTERDISCIPLINARY EDITION : 01

[Nano Uhero]

Introducing, I Wayan Sudarna Putra, known as Nano Uhero, is a Balinese artist whose practice is rooted in Indonesian heritage and environmental consciousness. A master bamboo weaver, he blends traditional Balinese craftsmanship with a contemporary, experimental approach.

For Pearls Indonesia, Nano responds to the theme Weaving on Waves, creating handwoven bamboo frames that form a dialogue between photography and sculpture. Using bamboo, rattan, and repurposed materials, his work translates the rhythm of waves into tactile forms that frame each narrative.

This exhibition also introduces our first Collector Interdisciplinary Edition, uniting two artists into a single, complete work. The inaugural edition features Nano Uhero, where ancestral weaving traditions meet contemporary image-making to create a unified expression.
