Last one of the Thai series 😁✌️ Bangkok → Khao Sok → Koh Samui → random islands, random beaches, random nights that somehow became core memories 🫶One day we were bamboo rafting through the jungle, the next we were playing beer pong in a tiny local bar hidden somewhere between palm trees and rainstorms 🥺Long boat rides. Jungle air. Beach parties. Sunburns. Loud laughs. No idea what day it was 😁And the best part.. experiencing all these places with such amazing group of people 💙I came to Thailand with one childhood best friend.I left with a whole group of people I feel intensely connected to 🥰Something about traveling like this breaks walls down fast.You skip small talk. You experience life together in full speed 🌱And for two weeks, it felt like we were all completely, unapologetically alive. by @nanuchij

From Thailand series 🤗I think the best trips happen when everyone is just fully in it 🤍No one thinking about work. No one rushing anywhere. Just pure presence, best chaos, adventure, and “sure, why not” energy for two weeks straight ☀️Beach parties, late night talks, boat days, jungle bars, island hopping, dancing barefoot, getting home at sunrise and somehow still making the morning activity.Thailand was insane in the best way.And obviously, the people made it what it was ❤️ Met some humans I instantly clicked with from day one, and those kinds of connections are rare Came for a reset. Left with memories that feel like months worth of life compressed into 2 weeks 🌴 by @nanuchij

For the last few years, life was mostly one thing: hustle.Long work sprints. Building. Launching. Scaling. Solving. I honestly loved that phase. I still do 😊But somewhere along the way, life started gaining more layers and textures outside of work too.We expanded the team, hired amazing people, and my role changed. Less doing everything myself, more focusing on the few really important decisions, big projects, and high leverage work — while trusting the right people with the rest.And with that came something I didn’t realize I needed so badly: headspace.This Thailand trip felt different from every other trip I’ve done. No laptop. No check-ins. No “just quickly replying.” For the first time in years, I fully disconnected 💙And I think my brain, my body, my soul — all needed that reset more than I realized 😁What’s funny is… I still don’t believe in work-life balance for myself. I think I’m built for intensity.I love crazy 5-week work sprints where we launch ambitious global projects. But I also love intense, unforgettable adventures like this — two weeks fully alive, surrounded by people who make every moment feel bigger, funnier, deeper 🤗Because in the end, I don’t think life is remembered only by milestones and goals achieved.Those are the anchor. The north star.But the real joy is in everything in between. The people. The growth. The memories. The moments where you feel completely alive.And this trip gave me a lot of those moments 🌊 by @nanuchij

Recently I was at KubeCon, one of the largest tech conferences in the world, partnered with Amazon — and people were lining up to meet me all day at the Amazon booth 💙Selfies, handshakes, people coming up with so much warmth. 100s of people I only knew from YouTube and LinkedIn comments — suddenly standing right in front of me 🙂I won’t lie, it felt really special.. These are people whose careers I’ve been part of in some small way, and meeting them face to face made that feel real for the first time But the more interesting thing isn’t the feeling. It’s what I gave up to get there…For 4 years I said no to every event invite. Every single one. I was getting invited to a lot — and turned them all down to stay home and work. Not because I’m an introvert, I’m actually really social. But I knew what that phase needed from me. And I was genuinely obsessed with building, so it didn’t even feel like sacrifice.The thing is, I could NOT have done this networking phase earlier. Not because I wasn’t ready for it — but because the business wasn’t. No team, no stable processes, no foundation. So going out and networking without that would have been pointless. So I locked in, built it, and now I can actually come up for air ☀️That’s why this year is full of such cool events: past few weeks I was also at a business event in Vienna and a mastermind in Cologne 🇦🇹🇩🇪The biggest impact there? They actually felt like a big social gathering with friends — except everyone there is growth-minded, building something, doing well. What such exclusive business networking give me is usually not a specific tactic or piece of knowledge. It’s the fact that something shifts just from being around that energy ✅Because motivated people make you more motivated. You don’t even need to talk strategy. Started 2026 exactly how I wanted — lots of time with family and my closest friends. No work calls, no laptop. Felt good to just be present and recharge properly, before diving back into work.Now I’m sitting down and actually planning what I want to build this year. And I’m genuinely excited, not in some motivational-poster way, but because I can see the path clearly now.People have been congratulating me on my success lately — stage invitations, interviews, all that. And from the outside, I get it. But internally? I feel like I’m just getting started. 2025 was foundation work — building scalable systems, hiring the right people, figuring out where I can step away. No blueprint, just making decisions with incomplete information. But once that foundation exists, actual growth becomes straightforward. So why stop now?My goal-setting process is simple: what would make my past self proud? Last year I pushed myself out of my comfort zone regularly — hired for roles I’d never hired for, built systems I had no experience with, spent a month working across 4 US cities launching a business podcast on the go. Sometimes recording 7-8 episodes in one day. Going from my cozy home office to that was definitely uncomfortable, but also rewarding.I also invested in 2 business coaches last year. Learning doesn’t stop just because you’ve built something. When you get experienced people who’ve already solved your problems on your side, it’s like someone stronger shows up to help you push that heavy stone uphill. You’re still doing the work, just not alone anymore.But here is the most important shift — I stopped tying goals to outcomes. I tie them to effort and consistency instead. I can’t control if a launch hits revenue targets, but I can control doing proper market research and building a quality product. I can’t guarantee a hire works out, but I can control having a thorough process.This matters because my biggest wins came after what looked like failures. The effort was compounding the whole time, even when results didn’t show it. You don’t see it until suddenly you do.Anyway, let’s see what gets built this year 🚀 by @nanuchij
