NEW OPENING!!!
From a dream to a reality. The new Wilderness Tented Camp at @cristalinolodge has officially opened.
The first luxury Tented Camp in the Amazon, this very special experience is located on the banks of the Cristiano river, in an area of over 11,000 acres of protected forest. The Camp brings together tent accommodation, personalized hospitality and forest explorations in an intimate experience that adds to the trajectory of more than three decades of Cristalino, guided by a commitment to bring people closer to the Amazon and contribute to its conservation. by @naomisenderos

The @condenasttraveller readers have spoken! In the UK Resorts in Central and South America list @patagoniacamp was 5th with a score of 98.29 and @pacuarelodgecr came in 7th with 97.17 🔥🔥 Those are the votes of some very happy guests!! Bravo to all 👏👏

The US list is slightly different and our brilliant partner @refugia_chiloe was voted in 6th best Lat Am resort. 🎉 by @naomisenderos

Have you heard of maned wolves? I never had before a recent visit to Brazil – they’re the supermodels of the savannah, with their pencil-thin legs, longer than any other canids on the planet, and found only in South America.

This one crosses ahead of us, as graceful as a ballerina stepping onto a stage, whilst we’re out with the NGO Onçafari, which protects these striking animals.

We’re staying at Pousada Trijunção, an intimate eco-lodge, far from any town, reached by a long, red-earth track into the Cerrado - one of the Earth’s most biodiverse savannahs.

My story on this trip has just published in the Marlowe Review, a beautiful online magazine - I’m thrilled with their layout and my pictures which they’ve chosen. They can be found on substack as well as online. @marlowereview @senderospartners @naomisenderos @oncafari @pousadatrijuncao #brazil #manedwolf by @naomisenderos
