We have been using these seal installers from @smh_3designs for a bit, a recent project they helped a lot on was installing a new axle seal on our shop car. We replaced an axle boot and have had a bit of a leak on the seal on transmission since. Yes we gave it a good brake clean bath after installing the axle. Check out their 3D printed seal installers and walnut blasting fixtures! by @nas_performance

Our EZ30R bolt-in baffle uses stainless steel baffle flaps for the vertical baffles around the pickup, along with Viton baffle flaps from @iagperformance for the rear section where the baffle is angled and Viton flaps are better suited to the application.

We worked directly with IAG to get their recommended hole sizing for their Viton baffle flaps, so a huge shoutout to them for providing us with those dimensions!

We’re stoked that the EZ30R baffle has been such a hit. High-quality baffling, engineered specifically for the EZ30R, at a very affordable entry point!

The response to this product has us even more excited to keep R&Ding new products for the H6 platforms. What else would you like to see us develop? by @nas_performance

Our bolt-in baffles for the EZ36 and EZ30R are designed around the factory oil pan for a few reasons.

By retaining the factory steel pan, you maintain maximum ground clearance and skid plate serviceability while avoiding the real-world tradeoffs that come with going deeper or wider than stock. Anything more than roughly 1/2” deeper starts becoming a serious ground-clearance concern, especially on lowered cars, rally cars, and vehicles that actually get driven hard.

A hard impact that might simply dent a factory steel pan can crack or break a deeper or wider aluminum pan, potentially turning a hard hit into an oil leak—or ending your day and result in catastrophic engine damage.

We also offer the only EZ oiling solutions that extend deep into the upper pan to truly optimize oil control—not just add a baffle to the lower pan. This allows us to address oil movement throughout the pan assembly without sacrificing ground clearance or skid plate serviceability.

And by working with the factory pan rather than replacing it with a larger, more expensive pan, we can keep the overall cost as low as possible while still providing a properly engineered oil-control solution.

Maximum ground clearance. Better oil control. Factory-pan durability. Skid plate serviceability. Lower cost.

If you’re a rally team and want to run our oiling solution, hit us up! We’d love to support you and your program. by @nas_performance

@mhonn is back up and running and ready for his next rally!

He took the car into @preracing this week to fine-tune the tune, with @willtunefortacos at the keyboard, and the results are pretty interesting!

We made a few changes to the EJ251R engine setup since the previous configuration:

• Switched from our previous 11.5:1 pistons to our new 12.0:1 pistons
• Changed from fully ported L25 heads to pocket-ported Z25 heads to help keep the rebuild cost down
• Added @line2linecoatings abradable skirt coating to the pistons

The results show a gain in power basically everywhere, with the majority of the improvement coming through the midrange.
I suspect the heads are responsible for a large portion of the difference, although we’re not entirely sure what was cleaned up in the tune during this session. Either way, the results are really interesting, so I wanted to share them!

At 4,500 RPM, we’re seeing a 15 ft-lb and 13 hp gain over the previous setup. That’s a pretty substantial improvement right in the middle of the powerband, especially for a rally engine where that midrange response is so important. I would love to see back to back what the gains would be with adding E85 as well 🌽 by @nas_performance
