Dana shares the legacy she hopes Dance Mania leaves behind. Not how many championships they won, but how many good humans they helped raise along the way.

So many things to post and celebrate after this weekend @varsityallstar_dance Dance Fest Nationals with @studio360_cr.

But I feel that this post is the first post to make because it’s a reminder of “How we do the small things is how we do all things.”

It’s a reminder, that we are training the next generation to hold themselves to a higher standard. It’s a reminder that no amount of championships or placements will ever replace the lessons of character that last far longer than a championship banner.

After a 12.5 hour day, I walked back to our dressing room area to grab my belongings. I stopped and beamed with pride, because in our spot, it was spotless. None of our staff picked up a single item, our kids knew “leave no trace.” This was the WIN.

I looked around the area and what I saw was jaw dropping. It was the whisper from the universe that we are, “one of one.” And what we are training works. I walked out of the venue with full pride in my heart.

So proud of our dancers, coaches, families, and fans for their belief in something that is beyond dance.

2026, is just getting started. Let’s go! 💚 by @nat_leas

Loved working with @mtmercydance. What a night it was of growth and strength.

Loved witnessing their transformations to step into greatness, overcoming fear, and unlocking their inner strength.

Proud of this team and their growth in only a short time it’s beautiful to witness their love for one another and for their team.

This team is on the rise and ready to own the floor at state this week!

Always an honor! Let’s go mustangs! 💙💛 by @nat_leas

We see what we seek. Small-minded people will always find negativity in everything. No matter how good the situation is, they’ll focus on what’s wrong instead of what’s right. It’s not about the world being unfair it’s about their mindset being limited. Big minds see growth; small minds see obstacles.

The power of choice, the power of the mind. by @nat_leas
