“Mind Shift” my first main stage choreographic work

I can’t even express how much this process and this work meant to me. I am truly grateful for the opportunity that I had to show this work in Metamorphosis along with so many other talented choreographers. The biggest thank you to my cast, our director @cblst71015 , and @wmann.music for writing a song for this piece. I feel that this was the start of something bigger than me and I’m so excited to continue on my choreographic journey and continue to create works like this one. taken in High Point University by @natalee.dnc
