“Mind Shift” my first main stage choreographic work

I can’t even express how much this process and this work meant to me. I am truly grateful for the opportunity that I had to show this work in Metamorphosis along with so many other talented choreographers. The biggest thank you to my cast, our director @cblst71015 , and @wmann.music for writing a song for this piece. I feel that this was the start of something bigger than me and I’m so excited to continue on my choreographic journey and continue to create works like this one.
