4 mat pilates arm workouts i’ve been loving lately ❤️‍🔥

grab a pair of 3 or 5 pound weights & do each exercise 4x for 30 seconds. this could be a great way to add some arms to a workout you’re already doing, or if you only have 10 minutes and want to focus on arms, these exercises are perfect!!

save this for later 😚 xoxo

dad,

it doesn’t feel real that you’re no longer here. i don’t think it ever will feel real.

what i do promise is to continue making you proud. you believed in me more than anyone else. you were the best father any daughter could have asked for. i promise to keep your story and your light alive through me.

i miss our boating trips to Laughlin, i miss going skiing together, going to super cross every year, i miss hearing how excited you were for your next work project, i miss your laugh, your texts, i miss riding quads and all the motor toys you would spoil me with. our adventures hold the biggest place in my heart. you taught me that real joy is about adventuring, and breaking out of my comfort zone.

the things i would do to give you one last hug, and have one last conversation. i love you, & i feel you with me already 👼🏼❤️

P.S. i remember whenever i would play Big Jet Plane on in the car or while we were on the boat, you would ask me to replay it every time because you loved it so much. whenever i hear this song, i will think of you. by @nataliaaseliger
