Welcome to the RicFit Academy, Natalie!

Natalie is a 19-year-old left-footed player from Ohio who primarily plays as a fullback or winger.

She currently plays for Ohio Northern University and is working her way back after missing last season due to an ACL injury.

What stands out immediately is the mindset.

A lot of players disappear mentally during setbacks. Natalie chose to stay connected to the process and keep moving forward. That matters.

The comeback phase builds qualities most players never develop:
• Patience
• Discipline
• Resilience
• Appreciation for the game

Those traits separate players long term.

She’s entering this next chapter hungry to improve, connect with others, and continue chasing the professional level alongside serious players inside the academy.

Everyone welcome Natalie to the RicFit family. by @natalie_f06

season of unexpected…
not the way i planned to spend this season dealing with another ACL injury but i wouldn’t want to spend it with any other team. this team kept a smile on my face through the hardest battles and im happy to call this team my family. the seniors were the leaders i looked up to, and the support from teammates kept me going with my rehab.
can’t wait to return to the field with these amazing group of girls in the spring 🧡
