If you know me, I’m really bad with captions but here I am writing a post for this experience that I will never forget — yes I went on my first night diving both shore & boat dive on this trip to Tioman Island.

I'm learning to express myself with words more. There’s so much I want to express, but I haven’t been finding the words. Just allowing myself to feel everything ✨ But I just want to thank God for keeping us safe and sound during the storm 🙏🏻 Hence, using one of my favourite worship song ‘Ocean’ as the background music of the video 💖

Daylight diving is such great experience but night diving is a whole new exciting experience. Plunging into open water surrounded by nothing but darkness can be a bit intimidating for me considering I’m afraid of the dark. Still, it was such an incredible experience to be able to see black tip sharks and all the unique marine creatures that differ from those during the day.

I guess it’s true what they say. Once you descend into the water at night and discover a whole new world, you will definitely want more 🦈🦑🦀🐠🐡

Mt. Kinabalu — you truly humbled me.
From soaked gloves, frozen hands, cold winds, near zero visibility and barely slept…
To a dry cough and flu I carried from the very start —
Even when my headlamp died 10 minutes into the climb,
and the guide said I might not make it because the weather changes too quickly —
I kept going.
Because deep down, I kept telling myself:
“I can do this.”

Now I stand at the highest peak in Malaysia.

Apparently, I’ve been hoarding memories instead of posting them 🤓

So here we are, a very overdue throwback to December 2025 ✨

Looking like we knew what we were doing.

Maybe it wasn’t real snow, but it was still a pretty good first ski experience ❄️

And off we went… with confidence that did not last very long 😂

And then reality kicked in.

When my friend decided skiing was optional and walking was the better idea 😂

Down we go, up we get, and try again.

Finally confident enough to stop and take a selfie.

Somewhere along the way, we actually started getting the hang of it.

Definitely leaving room for a next time. Hopefully with real snow.

Everyone else had already gone back to the resort… but we weren’t ready to call it a day.

This made all the falling feel slightly more worth it 😂
