Spring 2026 Yoga Teacher Training – Long Beach, MS
Kicking off March 20, 2026

You don’t have to want to teach to join.

If you’ve ever thought:
• “I want to deepen my practice.”
• “I want to understand alignment and sequencing.”
• “I feel called to something more.”

This is for you.

OneZen Wellness × Shanti Yoga Training School presents a Hybrid 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training designed for real life:

✔ 5 in-person weekend immersions in Long Beach
✔ Self-paced online learning (1 full year access)
✔ Yoga Alliance Registered School
✔ Alignment-based Vinyasa inspired by Ashtanga & Iyengar
✔ Small group — only 10 spots

Led by Nathalie Croix (E-RYT 500), founder of Shanti Yoga Training School and author of Living Life In Light,

When I opened Nathalie’s book recently, this is what I landed on:

“If you have visions and dreams of a different reality in your life or future, it’s because there is a big possibility your vision or dream can manifest itself sooner or later…”

What if this training is one of those visions?

This is more than memorizing poses.
This is about confidence, clarity, and growth.

If 2026 is your year to grow — this is your sign. by @nathaliecroix

Two years ago my first book
Living Life In Light was published.
⠀
The book is about the various ways in which we can connect to light while navigating this precious life on Earth.
⠀
Living Life In Light presents countless practices which have been a part of my path in this journey of self discovery and transformation.
⠀
Every day we can choose to connect with light.
⠀
Discover what brings you joy!
⠀
Growing up mostly in Rio, by the ocean, surfing was my biggest joy and I was lucky I got to experience it for many years.
⠀
Fast forward, I now live by a river and it didn't take me long to discover my newest passion, driving a boat and being out on the river.
⠀
I am intentionally lucky 😉 because I designed my life in a way that I get to go out on the river quite often and be in the highest vibration of joy.
⠀
Boating also gives me an opportunity to connect with nature, and to soak up the sun ☀️ ☀️☀️
⠀
Oh and how magnificent nature is! 🌱
⠀
Today I ask you…
⠀
• What brings you joy?
⠀
• Can you do more of that?
⠀
Cultivate joy and fun times in your life!
⠀
Be intentional.
⠀
Design your life the way you want to experience your precious and only life on Earth.
⠀
You are in charge.
⠀
Don't wait for anyone's permission.
⠀
Be the captain of your own boat 🏄‍♂️
⠀
Much Love,
⠀
Nathalie

2024 Live-online Yoga Teacher Training & Deepening Your Practice

During my many years of living my yoga, both practicing and teaching, I have had the incredible honor to meet and work with extraordinary beings and along the way share an intimate experience with each and everyone involved in the process, one that only yoga can reveal.

I am launching a new revised yoga program at @shantiyogatrainingschool, with both a 200 hr,
300 hr offering. As well as a continuing education mentorship for teachers who are 500 hr certified.

This program will happen 100% online. This is the first time since 2020 I am offering this format, which will include many livestreams and mentorship along the way.

Our programs are in compliance with the new Yoga Alliance requirements for 2024 online distance learning programs.

Our method is primarily inspired and influenced by Ashtanga Yoga (vinyasa) and Iyengar Yoga (alignment).

Yoga is a practice of balance and equanimity.

Yoga happens on and off the mat.

Through our training we create awareness for everyday life by cultivating the many powerful tools of yoga.

We honor each student where they are at for yoga is a practice of radical acceptance.

In addition to our livestreams sessions, students have one year access to our online platform.

Phillippe, beloved brother, you taught us so much throughout your life, especially about kindness, strength, and unconditional love.
Life presented you with so many challenges, yet you never stopped fighting to be here with us. Your journey required a courage and determination that few could have mustered. You lived a life filled with struggles, but also with so much love, and you left us with lessons we will carry in our hearts forever.

Now, your passing leaves an immense emptiness, but the love you gave us will remain forever.

May you finally find eternal peace in the arms of God.

We love you forever, Phillippe. ❤️ paixão

Before yoga, I was a dancer. Dance taught me about movement, discipline, passion, will power, expression, rhythm, and choreography—and it is part of why I love intelligent yoga sequencing so much.

Dance is a performing art and yoga is a healing art. There is a difference. If you know, you know.

This Flashdance choreography is a classic—deservedly so.

What an incredible piece of art.

Thank you for the inspiration and for continuing to fuel me.
