This past year I’ve had to witness the immense suffering my baby brother endured only to have him pass away despite countless treatments. While some days I couldn’t focus on anything and I couldn’t imagine even one week into the future, other days creating grounded me into the physical world. Now after my brothers passing using my hands in the way I’ve always loved has saved me from falling into the bottomless pit idleness tends to create for me.

Anyway I’m moving out of the apt I’ve lived in for 11 years so here are some pics of me in it. These are some 1/1 skirts I will be dropping in a couple weeks and have a second drop planned. Hoping to have the mental capacity for drawing and tattooing soon too. Love yall 🫂✌🏽 by @natureofmind

It has been four years since my last painting. I was feeling unsatisfied with my style, brush strokes, color palette, subject matter, everything. I thought that if I took a break and stopped painting for awhile something in my expression would change. I would change. I would like myself more. Four years later much has changed but I am still deeply myself. They say you can’t run from yourself and I found that to be true.

Anyway what I really meant to say was my hair looked awesome this day and the painting is almost finished 😇 by @natureofmind
