🪷 your relationship can be a dream come true…

All that is required of both of you is to be in your heart🫀

Which means to laugh, forgive, be grateful, be kind, playful, loving and sweet and in moments of difficulty remembering your partner is your best friend. Hurting them is like hurting yourself and vice versa.

Taylor and I have worked day in and out for almost two and a half years to build what we have today. When we met, I declared to him that it would only get better from here.

If you uphold and honor your truest Self and let your partner do the same, both of you will grow in parallel to each other. Allow yourself to see both of you well into older age, still in love, playful and peaceful. Whatever vision you uphold will determine where you will inevitably go.

Most importantly the ingredient that makes all the other points effortlessly and natural is the connection you both have with God. The more you pray together and embody divinity, the more unbreakable your bond will be.

🪷 I put this body butter right before bed and it has become my favorite part of the day. However the real trick is hydration. It is vital, so don’t only rely on topical remedies but please drink lots of water too💧, your baby and organs will appreciate it too 🤰🏻💕

🪷Yoga is not just exercise…

Yoga is union. Union with mind & body, body & soul.

Sometimes the mind is loud, the heart is heavy, and the body feels far away. When that happens, it’s not about “fixing” anything—it’s about returning.

These three asanas are here to guide you back:
🦋 Sphinx Pose – to gently open your heart and reconnect to your breath.
🔥 Locust Pose — to awaken your inner strength and activate the heart.
🌑 Child’s Pose — to let yourself be held, to rest in surrender.

When emotions get stuck, the body becomes a sanctuary. And even more than that—it’s an altar for healing.

Come back to your body.
Come back to your heart.
Open it, not to be broken—but to let the weight go.
Let it go. Let it move. Let it leave.

💗 You’re not meant to carry it all.

🪷 Motherhood doesn’t ruin your body…

It softens it.
It awakens it.
It gives it purpose beyond aesthetics.

It stretches skin and spirit alike — expanding not just your belly but your capacity to love.
It adds lines, not flaws — but maps of where life has grown and passed through you.
It slows you down, not in weakness, but in reverence for a sacred transformation.
It teaches you to nourish rather than deprive, to listen rather than punish.
It builds a tolerance for pain that could move mountains.
It gives you breasts that leak life, hips that carried a world, and hands that soothe souls.

It does not destroy — it rebuilds.
It does not take — it gives meaning.
It does not ruin — it reclaims.

Your body is not broken.
It’s become a home, a haven, a holy temple.

You do not need to “bounce back.”
You were never gone.
You only just arrived — fuller, deeper, wiser than ever before. 🙏🏼👼🏼💖

🪷 my first baby 🐩…

They say dogs are training wheels for having children and I definitely believe it 💖! Achepe has shown me how to love and nurture a little sensitive and tender creature since day one, we’ve been through so much together and I just want to keep cherishing him as my baby ✨!

He’s definitely been a little more needy especially now that I’m coming close to the end of the pregnancy. His dad has taken over his needs and loves him so much. Can’t wait to see our family grow and get Achepe a wife so he can have babies as well soon 💖

🪷 I can’t believe I’m almost not pregnant anymore…

I never imagined pregnancy to be such a gift, it really is a miracle and to do it in love with support is extremely healing.

When I was younger pregnancy was something that needed to be avoided at all times, it was scary and there was constant fear around it.

All I can say is that I always knew I wanted to start a family and be a mother, and when my teenage friends would ask at what age I’d want to get pregnant I always responded and imagined at 27. (Which I am! Hehe)

I thought that that would be the perfect time because those first 10 years of maidenhood would be crucial to my development and they absolutely were.

Now I am being initiated into motherhood in the most beautiful of ways, and just like there’s always been fear around pregnancy and I’ve been able to rewrite that. I know that I am also rewriting the fear around birth and motherhood and marriage. 💖

🪷 you deserve a man who is more excited about being a father than you do…

Who deeply longs for marriage, family and a relationship to the divine. Someone who is willing to hold you in your best and worst moments and who you can hold as well.
There is nothing more beautiful than sharing life with someone who is completely committed to you and you to them in love.

I am so grateful for my husband and everything we’ve been through, I could not imagine having a baby with anyone else 💖.

@taylorjones_official your going to be the best dad 🥹✨

🪷 one of the most important decisions of your entire entire life is who you choose to have children with…

…and of course who you choose to marry. New parents have a responsibility to each other and to their new child to be in harmony with their parenting styles.

It is so important to have conversations about how you plan to educate, discipline, and overall raise your child together.

Children benefit so much from being born in a loving marriage that is stable and healthy, and communication between parents is the number one factor of relationship satisfaction.

🪷 people say that nothing can prepare you for childbirth, but I completely disagree…

What we don’t understand we fear, and the more you know the more empowered you become. Choosing to have a natural home birth is a decision my partner and I made after listening to so many stories of women who have had traumatizing births.

I knew there had to be another way… one where birthing became one of the most miraculous, beautiful & spiritually enlightening experience in a woman’s life.

These are some of the books that have really solidified my confidence and trust in my own body, baby, and partner that no matter what happens, I know I can do this! I know my body was designed for this 💕🤰🏻✨🌸!!
