Michelin-recommended Thai in Hell’s Kitchen — and this is not your pad thai kind of place. Chalong focuses on Southern Thai flavors: bold, herbal, coconut-forward curries, real heat, and seafood that actually tastes fresh. Everything feels intentional — from the food to the space to the energy in the room. This is the kind of place where you order boldly, share everything, and trust the kitchen. Even dessert understood the assignment. Save this for your next proper Thai dinner. Tell me what you’d order 👀 Check out @chalongnyc by @natwalan_lim #thaifood #thaicuisine #thairestaurant #southernthaifood #michelinrestaurant by @natwalan_lim
Finally checked out @godunknyc , a new Thai spot that quietly opened last November and honestly, I get why my Thai friends in NYC have been hyping it up 🇹🇭✨ Brought @itskaseycoffey with me and we went straight in: • Hunglay Pork Rolled • Hamachi Ceviche • Nahm Tok A5 Wagyu Boat Noodles • Dry Suki • Crispy Rice Salad Bold flavors, thoughtful execution, and dishes that feel rooted in Thai tradition but comfortable in NYC. This is the kind of place that feels intentional from the food to the story behind the name. If you’ve been hearing good things… they’re true. Save this for your next Thai food night #nyc #newyorkcity #คนไทยในอเมริกา #manhattan #thaifoodnyc by @natwalan_lim

Godunk (@godunknyc) is NoHo’s newest Thai street food destination, created by Master Chef Nate Limwong (@natwalan_lim) and Thipsuda Muenpho. 🇹🇭 Drawing from Thailand’s rich regional traditions, the menu celebrates everything from the seafood-forward dishes of the South to the bold, aromatic flavors of the North. ✨ Every broth, noodle bowl, and sauce is shaped by Chef Nate’s global culinary background and travels, bringing depth and detail to plates rooted in nostalgia and craft. 🍜 Alongside the food, Angel’s Share alum Ryan Saputra leads a film-inspired cocktail program, creating drinks that blend Thai and Asian ingredients with cinematic storytelling. 🍸 Set within a warm, vintage-meets-modern space filled with maroon tones, textured walls, and analog film accents, Godunk offers an immersive dining experience that feels both familiar and entirely new.
