📸 #onsite at St Vincent Catholic Church in San Diego! To perform their beam replacement, these interior scaffolding platforms are moved, along with all the pews, every Monday and Friday to accommodate the parish’s weekend services.

It was SO GOOD to see so many of your smiling faces at the CACM Law Seminar last week. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, said hello, played plinko, and came by splitsville. We had a blast with all of you!

Cheers to 30 years @cacmchat!

Here is a side by side progress photo of one of our projects in downtown San Diego. Our client was experiencing water intrusion issues into their parking garage. While correcting the problem, they opted to redesign the space to be more usable and aesthetically pleasing. We frequently help clients with waterproofing and podium and planter failure issues. If your communities are having these issues we would love to help! by @nautilusgeneral

At this Pasadena project in our Los Angeles region , one of the multi-phase sub-projects Nautilus is tackling for the property is a mechanical and plumbing system upgrade. Seen here is some specialty equipment hoisting up heat pumps onto a low roof.

At one of our current mid-rise projects in downtown San Diego, we utilized a boom truck to pump concrete up to the 7th floor amenity deck area. We placed the integrally colored concrete in two different colors - completing the pours on different days to give the property’s deck area a unique design and color variation.
