Harvest Music Festival 2026 is here!

We’d like to recognize the NBCCD Photography/Videography students and alumni who have documented the festival over the past couple of years.

Through their work, they’ve captured the essence of the festival and its community, playing an important role in preserving the memories of the most important music festival in New Brunswick. 🩵🤍🐝 taken in Fredericton, New Brunswick by @nbccdlive

A visitor to Kings Landing views photographs now on display as part of A Portrait of Kings Landing, an exhibition of colour and black and white photographs, stereoscopic images, and a short historical documentary film all created by students and faculty in the Photography/Videography program at the New Brunswick College of Craft and Design.

We invite you to attend a public reception on Friday, September 11 from 3-4 pm, with the exhibition running until October 8th.

ABOUT THE WORK:
The black and white and colour photographs were primarily created by students in the fall of 2025 in their first year Creativity in Photography course. The challenge for students was to create strong compositional photographs using six design elements: line, shape, form, texture, value/contrast, and colour. The exhibition also includes work by instructors and a short historical documentary film by 2026 grad Sami Chouiyakh.
Participating students include Ashton Bullen, Drayden Cheney, Mike Gange, Marc Gebauer, Isaac Gould, and Hong Yan, with faculty Noel Chenier, Drew Gilbert, and Karen Ruet.

ALSO!
There is another exhibition of student work currently on display at the Playhouse called Perspectives, on display until October 30th. The exhibition comprises of work created during their first year of studies. iWe invite you to the public opening Wednesday, September 16th from 5-7 pm.

We hope you can make it to the openings, please share with anyone with an interest in seeing some amazing photography!
