Allow Me to Reintroduce Myself ✨ | Meet NBR

For those who are new here, and even those who have been connected with me for a while, welcome!

I’m Natasha B. Russell (NBR): a strategist, advisor, coach, speaker, entrepreneur, woman of faith, and someone who genuinely believes that purpose creates possibilities.

Professionally, I’ve spent more than 22 years in corporate communications, public relations, branding and strategy, working with leaders, organizations and entrepreneurs to bring greater clarity to their vision and turn ideas into meaningful action.

I’m an award-winning Corporate Communications Strategist, an ICF-certified Business & Life Coach and a Certified Motivational Speaker. I graduated with Honours with a Bachelor of Communications in Public Relations and hold professional certifications in Crisis & Risk Management and Online Reputation Management through IABC. I’ve also been blessed to receive multiple professional awards recognizing my work across communications, coaching, leadership and community impact.

Today, through NBR Global Solutions Inc., my work sits at the intersection of strategy, leadership, communications and transformation.

But my credentials are only part of my story.

I love people. I love big ideas. I love meaningful conversations. I love walking into a room full of possibility and asking the questions that move people from “We should…” to “Here’s what we’re going to do.”

And underneath all of it is my faith.

I am incredibly grateful to God for every door that has opened, every door that has closed, every lesson, every opportunity and every season that has prepared me for what comes next.

I don’t know everything the next chapter will hold, but I know I’m entering it with faith, expectation and gratitude.

I’m looking forward to new conversations.
New relationships.
New clients.
New collaborations.
New rooms.
New opportunities.
And new ways to use everything God has placed in me.

So whether we’ve known each other for years or you’re just discovering my work, welcome.

I’m glad you’re here.

Your turn ❤️ Introduce yourself below and tell me: what are you believing God for in your next chapter? 🙏🏾✨

God will grant you the desires of your heart but, there is a caveat.

Faith without works is dead.

Know who YOU are.

How many times have we felt called to start a business, go back to school, or go after that promotion—only for life, fatigue, or distractions to get in the way?

Declare this over your life today: I will start. I will continue. And in the name of Jesus, I WILL finish.

According to Psalm 1, whatever you set your hands to shall prosper. You are the lender and not the borrower, but to walk in that authority, you have to know the Word and speak it over your life daily. Stop letting temporary fatigue steal your permanent promise.

Drop an ‘AMEN’ in the comments if you’re choosing to finish what you started! 👇🏾🔥

Delay is not denial—it’s preparation. 💫

When you stop trying to force outcomes and step into total alignment with God’s timing, everything changes. The season of waiting isn’t wasted; it’s where your faith is tested, your strength is built, and your purpose expands.
Suddenly, He will do a new thing in your life. Do you believe it?

If you are ready to stop operating out of exhaustion, step out of survival mode, and gain total clarity in your life, faith, and business—I am currently accepting 5 women for 1-on-1 coaching.

✨ Ready to claim your victory? Tap the link in my bio or visit nbrboss.com to book your Discovery Session today. Spots are limited—don’t let your next season pass you by! 👑

What God put in you cannot be stolen, copied, or revoked by anyone. 🗣️🔥 Man’s approval is optional when you have God’s assignment! Stop waiting for validation from places that were never built to hold your power. Walk in your calling, multiply your gifts, and bring a return for the Kingdom. Amen! 🙏🏽✨

You will smile again. ❤️
You will laugh again.
You will feel like YOU again.

Sometimes life takes you through seasons you never expected—seasons that challenge you, stretch you, disappoint you and make you wonder how you’ll ever get back to the person you once were.

But maybe you’re not supposed to go back.

Maybe God is using everything you’ve been through to elevate you into the woman He created you to become.

What tried to break you didn’t win.

You’re still here.

Still standing.
Still believing.
Still becoming.
Still moving forward.

And one day, you’re going to look back and realize that the season you thought would destroy you actually developed a strength, wisdom and confidence in you that you didn’t know you had.

So keep going.

Your story isn’t over.

You will smile again.
You will laugh again.
And what tried to break you will only ELEVATE you. ❤️

Dream. Believe. Achieve.

Best always,

NBR ❤️🙏🏽🌟
