#NCCULaw 1L students gained a real-world perspective on tort law today as alumnus Desmon Andrade ’09 and former law professor Finesse Couch returned to the classroom to share their experiences and insights from both the plaintiff and defense sides of tort litigation.

As students prepare for midterms, the conversation brought classroom concepts to life and offered insight into the practice of tort law.

The special session included students from all three Torts sections and was made possible through the collaborative efforts of Professors Sonia Gipson Rankin, Lisa Kamarchik and Dawn Blagrove.

Thank you Attorneys Andrade and Couch for sharing your expertise and investing in the next generation of Legal Eagles! 🦅
