We are pleased to announce that the 34th Annual NCEMSF Conference will be held February 19-21, 2027 in Philadelphia, PA! Visit our website at ncemsf.org/conference for more details or to submit presentation abstracts. Hotel booking info will be available soon. We had a wonderful and successful school year at UVAC! 🚑 Here is our year by the numbers: - 526 Calls - 62 Trainings - 96 Continuous education hours - 10 Drivers cleared - 3 Driver trainers cleared - 9 New primaries cleared - 1 Advanced EMT cleared - 3 Command cleared - 23 New members hired and cleared - 1 Brand new truck - 15,288 Volunteer hours worked - More memories than we can count! In February, Harpur’s Ferry had the opportunity to attend the National Collegiate EMS Conference in Washington, DC! We attended thought-provoking CMEs, participated in Skills Classics at the BLS and ALS levels, networked, and explored all the nation’s capital has to offer. Additionally, former Chief and Executive Director Griffin Smolar presented a CME on Prehospital CPAP! 🩺 We are also proud to share that Harpur’s Ferry has been recognized as an EMS Ready Campus - Gold Tier Awardee! This distinction highlights high-level preparedness in emergency management and disaster preparedness. Thank you to our Captain Aarav Shah for his hard work putting together the nomination packet. Last month, GEMRU had the privilege of sending twelve of our responders to attend the 33rd annual @ncemsf conference in 📍Arlington, Virginia. This past weekend four of our members had the honor of attending the 33rd Annual NCEMSF conference in Arlington, VA. WCU EMS was honored at the conference for our 60th Anniversary, tying up our celebrations for this amazing milestone. We all had so much fun learning how to be better providers, performing skills in scenarios, and meeting all of the other amazing collegiate agencies! Thank you so much to @ncemsf for hosting this amazing conference and we cannot wait for next year! by @ncemsf

This past weekend, HWS EMS had the invaluable opportunity to send five of our members to the annual @ncemsf conference in Arlington, VA. There, they attended lectures, roundtables, and hands-on skills sessions led by experts in their fields, including our advisor, Joshua Bishop. We’re excited to bring what we learned back to campus and put it into practice serving our campus community. by @ncemsf
