Come hang out with us for a night all about taking care of YOU!

We’ll be decorating journals and having a journaling session to slow down and get our thoughts out. We’ll also be making an affirmation jar filled with positive reminders to take with you when you need a little encouragement. We’ll wrap things up with a Sister Circle where we can talk, connect and have an open conversation about mental health, especially the experiences of Black women. We’ll also be sharing tips for dealing with stress and anxiety and highlighting mental health resources available right here on campus.

Bring yourself and a friend and come spend a hour pouring back into YOU! 💜✨ by @ncnwutaustin
