SCROLL through pics: Last week's hiking adventure was a 4-hr trek along the crater of the Reserva Natural Volcan Mombacho in Granada, Nicaragua.. it is a cloud forest so there was limited visibility near the top but it managed to clear even for a few moments and the horizon and city scapes were visible... the crater views were spectacular once the clouds blew over! never a dull vacation moment! Forever grateful ❤️

My first official winter hike that required snow boots! A trek through Alexander Muir Memorial Gardens eastward towards the Burke Brook. We passed through Blythwood Ravine Park and Sherwood Park until reaching the destination spot, Sunnybrook Park. And back again... there is nothing like forest bathing in winter wonderlands!
