A bit about your gal, Marina 🕊️

I’m deeply fueled by moments of passion, connection, and joy. I’ve often carried an energetic yet playful energy - as a kid, I always dreamed of being on stage + felt I was destined to be a star ⭐️

Sometimes, It feels like I’ve lived 10 different lives; from working asphalt construction to interning at the local radio station… to teaching yoga at rehab centers and working long hours on local farms… I’ve juggled what feels like 100 jobs.

As a child of immigrants, hard work and exceeding expectations have always been my default. 🇸🇾🇮🇹

But my joy comes from wellness — leading or experiencing… it’s like home. I’ve hosted countless workshops, events, and retreats - each offering reflecting something different than the last.

Not many people truly know me - I think this is because I’m often the one creating comfort and adjusting to meet the needs of those around me. While it makes me a great host, it can be hard for people to see me for who I am.

I’m deeply affected when the people in my community + tribe support me - it never goes by unnoticed; I feel and see your love. 💗

However, now at six months pregnant, I feel an evolution within — embracing into my most authentic self as my fears shift into a place of resolve.

My happy place? A garden party dinner with those I love most, surrounded by 100 candles, great food, and endless dancing.

The growth continues! We have another Nourish Meal Prep slot available!

In summation, the essence of our work could be stated simply as -

‘functional nutrition designed to optimize your energy, physiology, and mood.’

But, to be honest, it’s beyond what words a caption can offer. But I’ll do my best to~

Our meal offering is cross point between:

1). the nature of the herbs, spices, & fruits
2). the nature of you, your imbalances, goals, & desires

It’s the culinary science of adhering to the precise needs of your body whilst remembering the crucial art + consideration of keeping the palate entertained!

A culinary practice rooted in 10+ years of Ayurvedic wisdom and how to best adapt its principles to supercharge modern scientific findings in functional nutrition.

It’s the choreographed dance between acid, heat, fat, + protein to better modulate your imbalances all whilst considering what’s in season.

And oh boy, It’s my favorite dance of all time.

I’m in a pocket of serious goodness right now.

Is it luck? Is it the bounty of careful creation? I’m not sure… but I’m going to dance in the splendor of it all. by @neenastardust
