POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Elanor turned 3 in June ☀️

She wanted a construction theme! @neenastardust created a beautiful cake for her: the chocolate-y, sprinkle covered one of Elanor’s dreams. I topped it with construction vehicles, of course~

Construction decor!

Very grateful for @landseafish, @michellerigsby, and @debbyryan for helping so much with setting up and getting crafty for the celebration, for bringing and sourcing delicious snacks

Helping B-Day gal with her hair

Opening gifts! So many wonderful people celebrating our girl. Very blessed by how loved she is.

Samwise can’t hang. Snoozin in the middle of a group of humans

Elanor’s party happened before her actual birthday, so Dada and I took her to the zoo for her “real” birthday. She LOVES the carousel.

Brushing goats and sheep

Observing kangaroos!

The most curious, inquisitive, brilliant, deeply kind, creative, empathetic, brave child I’ve ever known ♥️ how is it that we have the honor to raise this sunbeam?! THREE YEARS ALREADY?!

We’re 50% Syrian, 50% Italian…
so we do get it from both our Mama and Papa

You’ll notice with us, we’ll never let a hummus go without EVOO and paprika 👌🏽

My main goal for this project is to create space for healing traditions to exist alongside and within immersive technology.

I am very euphoric in the creative collaboration phase rn before literally giving birth next month(!) with the 3D modeling/ VR dev starting whenever the postpartum haze lifts.

It's a new kind of workflow for me…with fantastic collaboration, grant funding from @gcac_cbus, and a relaxed timeline.

I really love it and love being pregnant while starting it. Fits the creative life I've been TRYING to build.

The aim is for Two Paths VR to land in a gallery or equivalent space in Columbus next year, where you can experience it firsthand. Let's see!

The growth continues! We have another Nourish Meal Prep slot available!

In summation, the essence of our work could be stated simply as -

‘functional nutrition designed to optimize your energy, physiology, and mood.’

But, to be honest, it’s beyond what words a caption can offer. But I’ll do my best to~

Our meal offering is cross point between:

1). the nature of the herbs, spices, & fruits
2). the nature of you, your imbalances, goals, & desires

It’s the culinary science of adhering to the precise needs of your body whilst remembering the crucial art + consideration of keeping the palate entertained!

A culinary practice rooted in 10+ years of Ayurvedic wisdom and how to best adapt its principles to supercharge modern scientific findings in functional nutrition.

It’s the choreographed dance between acid, heat, fat, + protein to better modulate your imbalances all whilst considering what’s in season.

And oh boy, It’s my favorite dance of all time.

32🙊🍉🦄 this birthday felt different - maybe it’s because I didn’t put as much pressure on it as I usually do or maybe it’s because I’m on new meds lmao but in all seriousness — the genuine love, support, presence, messages, and cards hit deep. I feel seen, and that feels good. honored to share this day with earth🌎and allllll of my beloved humans (and cats). #bearthday
