Meet Neepa.

Before stepping into the director’s chair, she spent years in the creative trenches assisting a globe-spanning roster of ad legends and auteurs, across formats, styles, and scales. That time sharpened her instincts, her discipline, and her deep respect for the craft.

Now directing her own work, Neepa brings an exacting eye for detail and a near-psychic sense for performance. She has a gift for coaxing out moments that feel real, human, and quietly powerful. Whether it’s 30 seconds or three minutes, her films do more than just look good; they feel lived-in.

Her process? Equal parts strategy, creative chaos, and enough caffeine to keep both alive. She believes nuance is louder than noise, that the best ads don’t shout: they whisper, then stay with you long after the screen goes dark.

As someone who considers herself both monk and menace, she loves her silence and hates sloppiness.

We can’t wait to see what memorable chaos she brings to life next! by @neepamitra
