Happy Independence Day 🇮🇳

Azadi ka haq sab ko hai ..

This ad is close to my heart for the sheer concept .. we have lived all our lives with our grandmother's and mothers actively practicing the 'raja beta syndrome' . Where basic survival skills are applauded when a man is seen doing a chore in the house ..

Let's get azadi from that and let the men have equal opportunity to participate in household chores . That would be true feminism .

WEEKEND CHALLENGE-

Swimming prep on hands and knees-
Come on your palms and knees. Each wrist is underneath each shoulder joint and each knee is under each hip joint. The spine has its natural curves with abdominals gently engaged.

The challenge is- when you extend one arm and opposite leg away the prop on your lower back must not drop 😈
Tip- Keep your abdominals engaged throughout the movement and fire your glutes 🔥🔥
Try and post your video ladies!! And tag your friends in your video!!
