As usual I’m just out here exploring Brampton and eating!!! I met the owner of @ohdoughshedidnt at the Brampton Farmers’ Market and she mentioned they sell Focaccia sandwiches!

I’m a sandwich girl and I love Focaccia so I absolutely had to check it out and y’alllllll when I say RUN don’t walk to @ohdoughshedidnt I mean it!

The bread was so soft and yummy, the ingredients were FRESH and the sandwich was soooo filling 10728282828/10.

I knew that the only way I would willingly visit Europe was if I could make the trip include as much black culture as possible!! AND BOOM🗣️ Lisbon DID NOT disappoint!

It was amazing to not only support black owned businesses but hear the stories of the resilience of black people in Portugal. Those who migrated from PALOP countries and made a way for themselves and witnessing black joy.

I went to the infamous @timeoutmarketlisboa and there was sooo much to choose from! I decided on the pica pau and 10/10👏🏾 Obsessed definitely check out Restaurante Cervejaria Pinóquio in Time Out Market Lisboa!

I quite literally have to laugh so I don’t cry 😂 like what do you mean days before my trip to Portugal my engine decides to start going in and out 😅

I decide to deal with it when I get back and there are like 3 things wrong with my car all of which could’ve left me stranded on the road!

Super grateful to my mechanic @afautorepairs for being sooo thorough and also obsessed with my nail tech for this beautiful set 👏🏾 @sadiekreates you ATEEEEE THIS UP!

I’m in Lisbon and y’all knowwwww I have to find the best spots!! I left it up to the algorithm and tried the Lunch in my City trend. I went to @damas.lisboa and BLESSSSS the chef’s hands because the food was amazing!!

I ordered from @luckyseatery and as usual they did not disappoint! They had me hooked from the first time I met them and tried their oxtail mac & cheese🤤

When I saw their soup special I had to place my order immediately🗣️ I loved the red pea soup & corn soup and their festival was soft and had the perfect hint of sweetness.

New wing spot in Brampton 👀

Checked out Wow Wing House and with over 123 wing flavours, there is A LOT to choose from. We tried the pineapple honey, spicy garlic parm, Jaffna fries and garlic parm rings and definitely found a few favourites.

Their grand opening is Sunday, September 27 and they’re offering 50% off the entire menu for two weeks 👏🏾
