If you’re feeling overwhelmed, there’s a good chance the life you’ve been living isn’t aligned with your highest self.

That’s the universe showing you something needs to change, and it does that by making things really uncomfortable.

The job you can’t stand.

The toxic relationship that’s stealing your soul.

Your health screaming at you to change.

We’re conditioned to stay with what feels comfortable.

But sometimes things have to get really bad before they get good.

And if you don’t know what good feels like yet, lean into what excites you.

What lights a fire inside you.

The dream you put on hold.

The skill you’ve always wanted to learn.

The idea you can’t stop thinking about.

So much of life is spent doing what we think we should do instead of what we feel called to do.

Learn how to find your center, and every decision will lead you toward prosperity.

What’s the dream you put on hold? Leave it in the comments. taken in Vancouver, British Columbia by @neil.cheta

“The more we give away, the more is given to us.” Wayne Dyer

For a long time I didn’t believe that. I thought service was rent. Something you pay to earn your place, to be accepted, to belong. And in society, that’s often true.

But when it came to my healing, it went much deeper.

I was so caught in my head that I missed it. Service isn’t rent. It’s an opportunity to bless yourself.

When we give without expecting anything back, we’re blessed with intuition, creativity, and the vision to align with our purpose.

Intuition leads you to the place you’re meant to be. You stop doubting yourself, and you start to belong.

Send this to the one who’s always helping everyone else.

I used to think God was something outside of me.

At my lowest, I prayed constantly. I asked God to break my habits, lift my depression, clear my mind.

No answer. No relief.

Years went by. Nothing changed. Things only got worse.

Every day felt heavy and I was close to giving up. But there was still a spark in me that refused to go out.

So I stopped waiting for a miracle.

I leaned into my yoga practice because something inside me was calling. That call led me to my first awakening.

The deeper I went into yogic philosophy, the clearer it became. The divine was never outside of me. I just had to learn how to listen.

Here’s the part they don’t tell you 👇

Through breath, meditation, concentration, movement, and technique, I felt a divine force moving through me. Every win I’d ever had rushed through my body at once. Pure ecstasy. Pure truth.

Then Kriya yoga taught me how to harness that energy and direct it toward my healing, my emotions, my perception, and my goals.

That’s when everything opened up.

We’re taught to look for power outside ourselves. But the moment you bring your energy and awareness inward, things begin to shift.

That’s where real healing lives.

If you’re struggling to keep up with the world around you, follow along. I share ancient yogic wisdom to help you clear the fear blocking your creativity, get your mental clarity back, and find your fire again 🔥

Yogis have always considered dusk one of the most sacred times to meditate.

They call it Sandhya, the joining of day and night. For thousands of years, traditions across the world have treated this moment as one of the most powerful times to sit and go within.

Night time used to bring out the worst in me. Then I started meditating at Sandhya. Now my evenings are filled with calm and relaxation.

🌅 As the light fades, your body begins releasing melatonin to prepare you for rest. Sitting quietly at dusk works with that shift instead of fighting it.

Tonight, try it. When the sun goes down, sit for just 3 minutes. Close your eyes, breathe slowly, and let the day go.

If you’re starting over and feeling completely overwhelmed, the best thing you can do to take the pressure off is develop your intuition and physical vitality.

As we go through life, we sometimes realize the life we built was based on an old identity that no longer serves us. That could be a job, a relationship, or our health. Life is constantly changing.

When things start to feel out of alignment, either they need to change, or they get a whole lot worse before a shift can happen.

Developing my intuition through understanding the depths of my nervous system allowed me to take the stress out of my body. What was left was clear, aligned intuition that reflects my soul.

Your intuition shows you your path and purpose, whether it’s one day from now or 10 years from now.

When you have physical resilience and mental clarity, your intuition is there to serve you.

That’s what allows you to make decisions and take actions that build prosperity in your future, instead of creating more of who you used to be.

If you want to take the pressure off, amplify your intuition and you’ll see it coming.
If you want better relationships, amplify your intuition.
If you want to be more creative, amplify your intuition.
If you want to see your path and purpose, amplify your intuition.
If you want to protect yourself from bad situations, amplify your intuition.

If you want to develop strong intuition so you can see your path and purpose, follow @neil.cheta to learn how to develop soul aligned intuition.

1. When I am around people I know, sometimes I still feel like the extra person in the room. Everyone else seems to belong somewhere and I am just filling a chair, hoping nobody notices.

2. My experience taught me that when my welcome runs out, it is usually the moment I stop being useful. Helping, fixing, providing. It was never generosity, it was a trade I learned early. Stay valuable and you get to stay.

3. When the pressure of supporting my family hits, I sometimes experience anxiety, shut down, and go into work mode. I end up disappearing on the very people I am doing it for. I grew up low income with a single mom and spent my early years struggling, and I never wanted my family to feel that.

4. I carry a lot of shame about how much of my life went to survival mode. I never built the things I said I would build, and I still measure myself against the people who did.

5. On paper I had everything a man is supposed to have. Then substance abuse, anxiety and depression took me to rock bottom and I had to start over from nothing.

6. I struggled with focus and attention for a third of my life. It made it hard to commit to school, to jobs, to people. I never knew how I was going to feel from one day to the next.

7. I am starting a new career at 47 and I am scared. But I value peace of mind over money now, and this time I have the clarity and the confidence to see it through.

If you are struggling to keep up with the world around you, I share ancient yogic wisdom on how to clear the fear that blocks your creativity, get your mental clarity back, and find your fire again.

What spiritual awakening actually looks like 👇

Level 1️⃣ You’ll go through the motions and feel nothing. The joy just leaves. Something feels off, like something bad is coming and you can’t name it. So you try everything, but nothing works.

Level 2️⃣ You’ll run out of options and turn inward. When nothing outside fixes it, you try a spiritual practice. And something you forgot you had starts waking up. Your creativity and your intuition turn on.

Level 3️⃣ You’ll see the system for what it is. A life built to keep you tired, sick, and small. You start questioning everything you were taught. And once it shifts, it doesn’t shift back. It gets lonely seeing what nobody around you can.

Level 4️⃣ The people closest to you will think you’re crazy. Friends. Family. The ones who knew the old you. You drift. Anything out of alignment feels like friction. And you look in the mirror and don’t know who you are anymore.

Level 5️⃣ You’ll remember you’re a soul having a human experience. Not a concept. A knowing. You start listening to a wisdom that was always there, and you learn to tell the difference between fear and truth.

Level 6️⃣ You’ll feel alone in a room full of people. Laughing at the same jokes, a half step outside of it all. So you go looking for truth. New skills. New ways to express yourself. New ways to come back to your soul.

Level 7️⃣ You’ll start building from the inside out. A life that actually fits. Your skills carry you. Your reputation arrives before you do. You stop forcing and start creating.

Level 8️⃣ There will be no separation. Everything in your world becomes an extension of your soul. No distance between you and God. You stop looking for something outside of you.

What level are you on? Send this to someone walking it with you. Follow @neil.cheta if you’re ready to unlock your inner healing.

If fear and doubt keep hijacking your best ideas, do this meditation to take the fear out of your creativity and give you a strong desire to express yourself.

The mantra is Hara. It means creativity, and it dissolves illusions.

This is a Kundalini yoga mantra that awakens the creative energy at the base of your spine. As you chant it, close your eyes and feel the vibration travel from the base of your spine to the tip of your tongue, then up into the crown of your head.

It clears creative blocks, settles the nervous system, and opens the throat so your communication with the infinite comes through clean.

1. Find a comfortable seat.
2. Chant Hara once every second.
3. As you chant, pull the navel and abs in toward the spine. It should happen naturally. This activates the kundalini energy.
4. Keep the eyes closed and rolled up toward the third eye.
5. Then lie down in savasana for two minutes of deep relaxation.
6. Record yourself reading or speaking a script out loud. Listen back and feel the difference in your tone.

Follow @neil.cheta for tips to unlock your creative energy so you can stop feeling stuck.
