🌺 Today, we begin. Hoy empieza todo.

After months of dreaming, planning, pouring our whole hearts — todo nuestro corazón — into every detail, AASECT 2026 is officially here. 🇵🇷✨

Walking into these doors today felt like exhaling after holding my breath for a very long time. Como soltar el aire que llevaba meses guardando. The energy in this room — la energía en este lugar — is already something I cannot fully put into words. Solo se siente. You just feel it.

To every person who showed up — who booked the flight, who logged on, who said sí to showing up for themselves and this community — I see you. Te veo. I am so glad you are here. Me alegra tanto que estés aquí.

This is not just a conference. This is a gathering. Una reunión del alma. This is a homecoming. Un regreso a casa.

Let’s begin. Empecemos. 💛🌺 @theaasect

We have landed, beloved community@assect. ✨🌴

The island called and we answered.

Your AASECT 2026 co-chairs — Jacqueline Mendez and Neil Sampson — have officially touched down in the most magical place on earth, La Isla del Encanto, and Puerto Rico did not disappoint. 🇵🇷💛

Old San Juan wrapped us in her colors, her warmth, her cobblestone rhythm, her comida deliciosa and the rum — and we soaked every golden ray into our skin like we were storing sunshine for all of you because showing up to serve and welcome this community is exactly why we are here. 🌺☀️

We are here. We are ready. And we are holding so much excitement in our hearts for what this week is going to be — for every person walking through those doors, and every beautiful soul joining us from across the screen. 💻🤍

Whether you’re arriving with your suitcase or logging in from your living room — this conference was built for you. Every session, every connection, every moment of this gathering was put together with love, intention, and a whole lot of cafecito. ☕🌺

The energy is already electricidad. The community is already here. And the best is absolutely yet to come.

AASECT 2026 is officially open for the heart. 💫

📍 Puerto Rico | Old San Juan 🗓️ The countdown is over — we’re HERE.

Bienvenidos, bienvenidas y bienvenides — welcome everyone. Nos vemos pronto. 🌊🌴
