A life in contrasts...

Philosophical Monday thought 🤓😃:
All these contrasts must have something in common. Do they? Yes: m u s i c.

If not me singing, then me thinking about music, me listening to music, me humming and creating melodies, writing lyrics for the next songs, me reading about music and listening to podcasts about it, me discovering sound s in nature, me getting ideas in my sleep about music...

I am music.

You are music too, your cells have a frequency, so you are a walking playlist too, think about it... 😉🎶

My Song 'FILA ME' on the radio for the first time this morning! 🎶🥳

Many years back , long before I started writing songs, I watched an interview from Jennifer Lopez ( my second passion : watching and listening to interviews)
She was talking about the first time she was driving in NYC and heard her song on the radio.

I remember so vividly her expression and how emotional she was that very moment talking about it.

Now, this morning, I felt emotional too. Not only because of Radio Ellinadiko being generous to play it and supportive as soon as I contacted them. 🩵🙏

Most von all I was emotional because once again I felt, 'if I feel it (whatever), I should do it, it is not optional'

Let's do the things, share what is meaningful to us. 🙏

Maybe you wanna hear the whole song , see in Bio. ☺️
Maybe not. 💁‍♀️

Maybe you consider doing something you wanted to do long time and keep second guessing?

Do it, I am your fan! 🙌👊🤗
And let me know afterwards. 😃🥳

Thank you all 😙

Believe in magic. YES, I do. ✨🎵

When something feels so much you -and you stick with it, develop it, and discover a meaning that goes beyond yourself, things start to happen.

Opportunities come your way. And people, too. 🎯

I have so much to say about the experience I had in Tallinn at #MVU2026.

But I’ll start with a song. More later…

I was asked to write a song for an educational immersive experience for kids and families. The creator of it, Elisavet, inspired me so much with her vision and, especially, her why.

Until that day, I thought I could only write songs about my own life and experiences.

But this showed me something new: I can also write when I’m inspired by someone else’s creation and their vision for a better world. 💛

So, if you have a vision, a product, a community — and you would love to have a song that truly captures what you are about, in melody and lyrics — talk to me. 😊🎵

Thanks to Wonderful-Rana, a part of the song was captured during the Wonderland Experience.

Thank you all. 🙏😊

"Φίλα Με" (Kiss Me) is my very first officially released song—a story about the unique moment just before two people share their first kiss.

Some songs stay with you for years before they are ready to meet the world.

I am grateful for everybody who helped bring this project to life and to everyone encouraging me to be myself.

If this song touched you in any way, I would love to know more about it.

If it makes you dream, dream.
And if you feel like slow dancing in a warm summer night, this is your summer hit. 🎶

Listen on YouTube, see link in Bio.

Thank you.
Much 🩵&💋

FILA ME (kiss me)

If my life was a soundtrack, this one would be on the top three of the songs of the movie called 'nektar beach' 🩵🌴🎸

This is THE summer feeling for me, inspired by this particular summer in Crete.
I was sitting with a guitar of a friend facing the ocean imagining his kiss.
No kiss.

No kiss, no story, but a song.

✨ Some places bring people together. Others create space for something truly meaningful to unfold.

Thank you, @retribe_studio and Anna-Sophia Schrenker, for opening the door to such a beautiful weekend of connection, creativity and co-creation.

We are deeply grateful that Wonderland – Through the Hidden Door could become part of this journey. May many more magical moments continue to grow from the seeds planted here. ❤️

Some of you asked...

A few months ago, a favorite human, Elisavet, spoke to me about an immersive game she created for kids (made for kids but actually also adults of any age can play it).

Wonderland.✨️

Wonderland is a place of magic, self reflection, creativity and a game that becomes an experience that changes the way we see ourselves and what is possible.

I know... sounds almost too good to be true and you might ask, how?

What happens in the game? What is special about it? 🤷‍♀️😉 I can't give away everything, I can only say, it strengthens the self-esteem and is full of surprises and twists and insights and moments of pure connection to the magic of creativity and possibility.

I was asked to write the music for it and play live during the game. What an honor and joyful experience! 🙏😊🎶✨️

One of the songs I wrote is called
'I believe in magic'

because anything is possible for me , for you, for anybody who enters Wonderland ✨️🎶

Welcome to your Wild Side 🖤🐆

If you could spend one day in Wonderland, what would you choose first? ✨

1 – A philosophical tea with the Mad Hatter, where he answers the most important question on your mind 🎩☕

2 – Follow the White Rabbit and discover a hidden door 🐇🚪

3 – Explore the Magical Forest, full of unexpected wonders 🍄🌿

4 – Play a game with the Queen of Hearts and try to win her crown 👑❤️

5 – Solve riddles and venture into the unknown with the Cheshire Cat 😺✨

Comment with a number… or tell us why you chose it. 👇 by @nektarsofia
