Whenever I work with someone, the goal is never just the walk…the walk is the byproduct.

The real goal is to peel back the layers, push past the things that feel comfortable, and tap into something you didn’t even know you had in you.

I’ve worked with Ellise for the past two years, and what set her apart this year wasn’t just what she did, it was how she showed up for HERSELF!

She came to every practice with a smile on her face, ready to work, ready to learn, and ready to try whatever I threw at her… literally. 😂

That kind of commitment changes you. It builds confidence, resilience, and a belief in yourself that extends far beyond the stage.

Watching her step into that this year has been such a privilege. The walk may be what people see, but the growth underneath it is the part that matters most. 🤍

And that hair flip though!!!!! 🔥🔥 by @nelly247
